Absolute Chaos and a Total Waste of Money I rarely write…read morereviews, but our experience at Kidstopia was so profoundly disappointing that I feel obligated to warn other parents. We spent $400 for what was supposed to be a seamless, 2-hour birthday celebration, but instead, we received a masterclass in poor management and unprofessionalism. The "Welcome" from Hell We arrived with a party of 40 people for our 12:30 PM start time. Instead of being greeted, we were utterly ignored. Our entire group--including small children, elderly relatives, and guests carrying heavy gifts and cake--was forced to stand in a cramped lobby for 20 minutes. I repeatedly tried to get the attention of the staff, but I was blatantly dismissed. It was clear they were understaffed, but being treated as if we were invisible while we were paying customers is unacceptable. Stolen Time and Rushed Memories By the time they finally processed our waivers and let us into the room, it was nearly 1:00 PM. Despite the fact that the delay was entirely their fault, they gave us no grace period. We lost 25% of our paid time before we even stepped foot in the room. This meant the kids barely got to play before we had to rush through the actual "party" portion. To cap it off, at 2:30 PM sharp, they practically shoved us out the door, forcing us to scramble to pack up our belongings while they loomed over us. Inedible Food & Insulting Service The "amenities" were the most insulting part of the package: * The Food: When we opened the foil on the pizza, we were horrified to find completely raw dough. It wasn't just undercooked; it was liquid. When I pointed this out, the staff gave a half-hearted "I'm sorry" and blamed the business next door. No offer of a refund, no replacement, and zero accountability for serving a health hazard to a room full of children. * The Drinks: We were provided with cups and plates, but when I asked what was available to drink, I was told to go use the drinking fountain. For $400, I expected at least a pitcher of water or juice, not a "DIY" trip to a hallway bubbler. Final Verdict: Save Your Sanity This wasn't just a "bad day" for a business; it was a complete "rip-off." From the health code violation of the raw pizza to the blatant disrespect from the staff, Kidstopia failed on every single level. If you want your child to have a special day where they feel celebrated rather than rushed and ignored, do not book here. You are better off hosting a party in a public park--at least there, the service couldn't be any worse than this.

She was super knowledgeable, kind and generous with her time. Some of the enclosures seem far too small and kinda dirty. It felt kinda like a money grab. There is token slots everywhere you turn to take money for feeding the animals. I can see the interactive aspect, but it would be very expensive for a family to come here if they want to feed multiple animals considering each token is $2. The place was also very hot and had an odd smell. Tight quarters. It was a fun one time experience.

First off - shoutout to Natalia who gave us the best experience possible for our first time visit…read more When my fiance and I bought these tickets, we had no idea that we would be driving into a mall parking lot... This led us to be so confused with whether we input the right directions. However, on the building of the mall in front of the food court, you see "SeaQuest". Yep - we're in the right place... Once you walk in the mall, you pass the 90s looking food court and head downstairs below the food court to find the entrance of SeaQuest past a small playground for kids. At the register, we were greeted by a kind worker manning the check-in desk, Natalia. She was so amazing! She gave us the low-down on what to expect and even gave us a few extra tokens to use to feed the animals. Honestly, we had the best experience possible because of Natalia. We ended up having the full experience of feeding the otters, hanging out with the cats, and even the porcupine (quillio) and prairie dogs (blossom, bubbles, and buttercup)! Literally, SeaQuest was my major highlight of the trip to Utah! We could not believe the different kinds of animals they had in such a small setting, which of course from an outside perspective, you feel really bad that these animals are "entrapped" or living in such an enclosed space, but it's almost like you can see that the animals might actually enjoy living in there. Lol, probably because they're getting fed majority of the day, but the caretakers seem to be pretty good at spacing out meals for them. When you first walk in, it was almost alarming to the point of feeling like there are a number of safety hazards/concerns for both the animals and patrons. The glass for the aquariums are so low that people can stick their hands in (which is apparently totally ok to do for most aquariums). Some animals like the iguanas are totally hanging almost outside of their open cages for people to pet. You can also just hop into the tortoise's enclosure to say hi. So crazy. There are so many crazy kids running around, so I honestly feel worried about the animals getting hurt and bombarded on the daily, but what I love about this place is its uniqueness and mission to educate the masses. These animals are very well adapted to humans and seem to have very good caretakers, so that part was reassuring. Oh also, the little doctor fish that exfoliate your hands was the coolest! Free manicure with your entry, hehe!

Wow this was a really cool place!…read more I brought my 2 year old and 10 month old and they had a blast. First things first was the pricing, when I looked online it said it was $10 for adults if they wanted to join the fun, and free to watch. And $6 for two and under. However, when I went to go pay it was only $12 for the three of us. So I don't really understand what I paid for, but was happy with the result. There is a crawling baby section, 3 and under section, and then of course the huge playground. The crawling baby section was honestly quite disappointing. Of course, babies of that age don't need much, but the area was so full of blocks that no one can even walk in it, let alone letting a baby crawl in it. The 3 and under section was more than appropriate for me little guy though, so I put him in there. There large playground is awesome. This was the first time I let me two year old truly go and adventure on his own. I was a little nervous and kept checking up on him, but don't think he has ever had so much fun in his whole life. What was really nice is that much of the playground is built in such a way that as an adult, I didn't have much trouble navigating it when going up myself. Aside from the crawling baby section though, the other reason I only give 4 stars is that I wish there were only exits from the playground on the same side. You can actually get up to it from all directions and there are two exit doors towards the back of the playground. They appear to be alarmed, but honestly, there really isn't anything stopping someone from standing in the back, waiting for a kid, and running. I know this is a worst case scenario and likely never happened, but the possibility did make me a little uncomfortable. That said, I highly recommend taking your kids here. The price is well worth it and they will have the time of their lives
