BEWARE!!!! BEWARE!!! We were at Kangaroo Zoo in Ogden today when 2 separate children were endangered and almost suffocated due to the under inflation of the equipment due to large amounts of holes, rips, and threadbare seams. The one child in question became trapped inside the base of the inflatable when part of the obstacle portion inverted on him causing him to sink into the base and he was unable to get himself out. Think of a kid sinking into a below ground pool that has a plastic tarp covering it. What made it worse was the absolute apathy from the manager Kenna. She was more angry that I was upset. She didn't even ask if the child was ok. They could not produce a safety inspection when asked and I was told by the owner, Mike, that they were not required to have one. Please note that BOTH children were using equipment appropriately and were being monitored. This place is a death trap and it will be a matter of time before a dead child is found in one of these tattered inflatables.

They all kinds of bouncy houses and two open bouncy play areas like this! Never seen so much variety

Absolute Chaos and a Total Waste of Money I rarely write…read morereviews, but our experience at Kidstopia was so profoundly disappointing that I feel obligated to warn other parents. We spent $400 for what was supposed to be a seamless, 2-hour birthday celebration, but instead, we received a masterclass in poor management and unprofessionalism. The "Welcome" from Hell We arrived with a party of 40 people for our 12:30 PM start time. Instead of being greeted, we were utterly ignored. Our entire group--including small children, elderly relatives, and guests carrying heavy gifts and cake--was forced to stand in a cramped lobby for 20 minutes. I repeatedly tried to get the attention of the staff, but I was blatantly dismissed. It was clear they were understaffed, but being treated as if we were invisible while we were paying customers is unacceptable. Stolen Time and Rushed Memories By the time they finally processed our waivers and let us into the room, it was nearly 1:00 PM. Despite the fact that the delay was entirely their fault, they gave us no grace period. We lost 25% of our paid time before we even stepped foot in the room. This meant the kids barely got to play before we had to rush through the actual "party" portion. To cap it off, at 2:30 PM sharp, they practically shoved us out the door, forcing us to scramble to pack up our belongings while they loomed over us. Inedible Food & Insulting Service The "amenities" were the most insulting part of the package: * The Food: When we opened the foil on the pizza, we were horrified to find completely raw dough. It wasn't just undercooked; it was liquid. When I pointed this out, the staff gave a half-hearted "I'm sorry" and blamed the business next door. No offer of a refund, no replacement, and zero accountability for serving a health hazard to a room full of children. * The Drinks: We were provided with cups and plates, but when I asked what was available to drink, I was told to go use the drinking fountain. For $400, I expected at least a pitcher of water or juice, not a "DIY" trip to a hallway bubbler. Final Verdict: Save Your Sanity This wasn't just a "bad day" for a business; it was a complete "rip-off." From the health code violation of the raw pizza to the blatant disrespect from the staff, Kidstopia failed on every single level. If you want your child to have a special day where they feel celebrated rather than rushed and ignored, do not book here. You are better off hosting a party in a public park--at least there, the service couldn't be any worse than this.

I definitely see improvement in all areas in the past few months. From the time it opened the staff has always been kind and friendly and go out of their way to make us feel like we belong and always have remembered our names. Al in all this is our favorite place to be- kids play and I can get tons of work done with computer and charging outlets everywhere. Thanks for doing a great job!!

Jaylynn (the manager/owner?/bad-attitude-enthusiast) greeted guests with the warmth of a DMV worker on their last day. Her vibe was so aggressive you could practically taste the hostility. It's clearly contagious too, because Ava at the front desk checked us in like we were an inconvenience to her and her great-great grandchildren. Bonus: you'll spend about 30 minutes getting a wristband -- and that's without a line. This place could be great... if it were managed by literally anyone else.

Wow this was a really cool place!…read more I brought my 2 year old and 10 month old and they had a blast. First things first was the pricing, when I looked online it said it was $10 for adults if they wanted to join the fun, and free to watch. And $6 for two and under. However, when I went to go pay it was only $12 for the three of us. So I don't really understand what I paid for, but was happy with the result. There is a crawling baby section, 3 and under section, and then of course the huge playground. The crawling baby section was honestly quite disappointing. Of course, babies of that age don't need much, but the area was so full of blocks that no one can even walk in it, let alone letting a baby crawl in it. The 3 and under section was more than appropriate for me little guy though, so I put him in there. There large playground is awesome. This was the first time I let me two year old truly go and adventure on his own. I was a little nervous and kept checking up on him, but don't think he has ever had so much fun in his whole life. What was really nice is that much of the playground is built in such a way that as an adult, I didn't have much trouble navigating it when going up myself. Aside from the crawling baby section though, the other reason I only give 4 stars is that I wish there were only exits from the playground on the same side. You can actually get up to it from all directions and there are two exit doors towards the back of the playground. They appear to be alarmed, but honestly, there really isn't anything stopping someone from standing in the back, waiting for a kid, and running. I know this is a worst case scenario and likely never happened, but the possibility did make me a little uncomfortable. That said, I highly recommend taking your kids here. The price is well worth it and they will have the time of their lives
