I bought a Groupon for 2 passes. The Groupon didn't specify which location. (See screen shot). And when I went to use it in AZ, they didn't honor it. I called the Utah location and the GM was extremely rude to me. She said they don't control Groupon and can't do anything about it. She said "maybe if you read the writing on the Groupon you wouldn't have bought the wrong one". It only says KTR.

This place is SO much fun!! We had a blast for date night (my son and I). The staff was helpful, kind and friendly. Luckily, we went on an evening where it wasn't crowded. The new not thing I would recommend is, bring your own first aid kit. They have bandaids, but that's pretty much it.

We chose to visit KTR, for the first time, on a Sunday and I am thinking it was probably the best decision. We arrived right as they opened at 10 and did not have any issues with getting tickets or getting in, but based upon their size, I honestly don't think they have many times where they are at capacity right now. Walking in we noticed that they have thermometers attached to the wall for temp checks, although they did not ask or require us to use them. The space has a lot of different activities and is nicely broken up into the specific activity (trampolines, parkour, zip line, skate park, etc.) There is also a large area, with tables, that you can easily see the majority of the facility and keep an eye on your children. The skate park area seemed to be the most popular and had a lot of people coming and going from it. I paid for two half day admissions, which I thought was a bit steep in price, and grip socks. They do require the grip socks, which I didn't even think about and didn't see on their website that they call it out. I used the restrooms and although they weren't horrible I think that they could have been cleaner, especially with COVID happening. They have air dryers vs. paper towels and the air dryers looked like they haven't been cleaned/wiped down for some time. Overall it was fun for my son as a birthday treat, but i wouldn't pay the price to go there for just a weekend activity. If I lived closer then a membership might be with the price, but for us I think we will reserve it for special occasions.

A very fun place for any age! They have a toddler area as well as others more advanced areas. This place is a lot of fun! It looked very clean and the AC was nice. We were for a birthday party and enjoyed a few hours of playing and eating. The pizza was ok. Will definitely coming back!

This place is awesome. Didn't look like much from the outside but it's got a skatepark, dodgeball, trapeze, tons of fun obstacle courses, toddler zone, trampolines etc etc etc. my kids payed for 4 hours non stop and I got to kick back and have a slice of pizza and relax. My 5 year old daughter loved it. They even have party rooms. So glad we checked it out.

My 11 year old and her friends absolutely loved their time at KTR. So much more than just a trampoline park like most places. With the skate park and scooter experience it makes it a whole different place. The staff is friendly and great.

When you enter, you're greeted by a huge wooden Chief Wasatch sculpture at the entrance. It's kind of hard to miss and gives the whole place a bit of character before you even step onto the paths. From there, it opens up into this really clean, green space that just feels well cared for. And clean is the big thing here that matters. It feels like the park is well maintained. The grass is lush, the landscaping is especially pretty in the summer months, and there are tons of mature trees that give you shade without making the place feel closed in. It strikes a nice balance between open space and cozy, private areas. The walking paths are another highlight. They're easy, flat, and perfect if you're just trying to clear your head or, like me, take a quick break and stretch your legs. You've also got little views of water here and there that add to the calm vibe without turning it into a full-on destination park. What's kind of impressive is how much is packed into one place. There's an amphitheater, sports fields for pretty much everything, a pool, even an outdoor ice rink when it's in season. The park has playgrounds, picnic areas, and pavilions, too. The park is open year-round and is clearly a local favorite because it's always buy, but the crowds never felt overwhelming when I was there. There's enough space to spread out, which helps. Overall, this park is not trying to be anything flashy, just a really solid, well-kept community park. Easy to walk, nice to look at, and surprisingly relaxing for a quick stop. Definitely one of those spots you end up appreciating more than you expected.
