I'm 15, & 5'8. My grandma brought me and the rest of my cousins 12 & younger. To say I didn't have high hopes for this place was an understatement. But I was quickly proven wrong! The jungle Gym is tall enough that I can walk around without having to crouch, and it's got sooooo much to do! Not to mention, it felt and smelled clean! The staff were really friendly as well! The two parts that sucked was all the rock climbing stuff was closed until 4:00 because they didn't have enough staff and apparently the drinking fountain had chunks of dirt or something in it. I would definitely recommend coming here! It may be one of the only jungle gyms that is all age friendly and is nice! Will be back!!!!

I definitely see improvement in all areas in the past few months. From the time it opened the staff has always been kind and friendly and go out of their way to make us feel like we belong and always have remembered our names. They do get very busy on the weekends so I understand how hard it can be to have everything too too- be patient people. -- maybe some paper towels and spray cleaners available at the counters would be helpful. Al in all this is our favorite place to be- kids play and I can get tons of work done with computer and charging outlets everywhere. Thanks for doing a great job!!

Jaylynn (the manager/owner?/bad-attitude-enthusiast) greeted guests with the warmth of a DMV worker on their last day. Her vibe was so aggressive you could practically taste the hostility. It's clearly contagious too, because Ava at the front desk checked us in like we were an inconvenience to her and her great-great grandchildren. Bonus: you'll spend about 30 minutes getting a wristband -- and that's without a line. This place could be great... if it were managed by literally anyone else.

Absolute Chaos and a Total Waste of Money I rarely write…read morereviews, but our experience at Kidstopia was so profoundly disappointing that I feel obligated to warn other parents. We spent $400 for what was supposed to be a seamless, 2-hour birthday celebration, but instead, we received a masterclass in poor management and unprofessionalism. The "Welcome" from Hell We arrived with a party of 40 people for our 12:30 PM start time. Instead of being greeted, we were utterly ignored. Our entire group--including small children, elderly relatives, and guests carrying heavy gifts and cake--was forced to stand in a cramped lobby for 20 minutes. I repeatedly tried to get the attention of the staff, but I was blatantly dismissed. It was clear they were understaffed, but being treated as if we were invisible while we were paying customers is unacceptable. Stolen Time and Rushed Memories By the time they finally processed our waivers and let us into the room, it was nearly 1:00 PM. Despite the fact that the delay was entirely their fault, they gave us no grace period. We lost 25% of our paid time before we even stepped foot in the room. This meant the kids barely got to play before we had to rush through the actual "party" portion. To cap it off, at 2:30 PM sharp, they practically shoved us out the door, forcing us to scramble to pack up our belongings while they loomed over us. Inedible Food & Insulting Service The "amenities" were the most insulting part of the package: * The Food: When we opened the foil on the pizza, we were horrified to find completely raw dough. It wasn't just undercooked; it was liquid. When I pointed this out, the staff gave a half-hearted "I'm sorry" and blamed the business next door. No offer of a refund, no replacement, and zero accountability for serving a health hazard to a room full of children. * The Drinks: We were provided with cups and plates, but when I asked what was available to drink, I was told to go use the drinking fountain. For $400, I expected at least a pitcher of water or juice, not a "DIY" trip to a hallway bubbler. Final Verdict: Save Your Sanity This wasn't just a "bad day" for a business; it was a complete "rip-off." From the health code violation of the raw pizza to the blatant disrespect from the staff, Kidstopia failed on every single level. If you want your child to have a special day where they feel celebrated rather than rushed and ignored, do not book here. You are better off hosting a party in a public park--at least there, the service couldn't be any worse than this.

We're Huggy's newest Homies!!…read more We celebrated my daughter's 7th birthday at Kids Empire yesterday and she hasn't stopped talking about it since! The entire experience was fantastic and so fun for both the kids and the adults. We chose the Kids Meal birthday package, which came with snacks, drinks, cake, and pizza -- all of which were surprisingly delicious! We were also able to bring a fruit and veggie tray, and additional cupcakes. Just a heads-up: the cake isn't personalized, so I recommend bringing your own cake topper. They did provide candles and a lighter though, which was so helpful for this last-minute mom! Our party included 10 adults and 11 kids (the package includes 10 kids and you just pay a little extra per additional child). Everything was well-organized, clean, bright, and full of energy. The decorations and balloons were already set up when we arrived -- such a relief not having to worry about that! A HUGE shoutout to our Party Host, Hero -- she was absolutely incredible! Kind, attentive, and so sweet with my birthday girl. She remembered little details about what my daughter liked and made her feel so special. Hero went above and beyond, and I will truly never forget her kindness and care. If you're looking for a fun, low-stress place to celebrate your kid's birthday, I can't recommend Kids Empire enough!

It's a great place to bring your kids to interact with other kids, and for you to play with your kid. I've been bringing my three year old for a little over a year now. I've seen a huge boost in physical confidence due to the activities he's participated in here. If you sign up during one of the promotional periods the pricing isn't too bad at all, and the employees are all really understanding if you need to reschedule a class. Only thing I guess I could criticize is the cost of the t shirts (as the kids "level up" as they attend classes and there are corresponding shirts.) The shirts aren't mandatory of course, but I feel they should be cheaper than $20 a piece considering the cost of the classes themselves. If you do bring your kid, know it's SUPER common for them to not cooperate at first, and it feels like you're paying for your kid to just sit there and cry. Don't feel discouraged. Pretty much all the kids do it, and eventually, they come out of their shell and have a blast. It's worth working through it

They started us with a $99 month then increased it to $129 without our knowledge or notice. We never signed a contract for X number of months. Colton understood we would be leaving as Coach Isaac leaving would mean the development my child received and connection would no longer be there. He was the major factor that kept us going for over a year. I had already expressed this to Colton and he agreed. We had an understanding. We had even brought in 2 friends to see if that would positively excite our child to continue. But our child was not interested. We have not attended Kidstrong since June 14. However they are charging us June & July & wanting to charge for August. I have advocated on how we loved this program but to be treated so poorly as they have had turnover in coaches due to their own mismanagement is not okay. Kidstrong never even allowed the children to say good-bye to their old coach. The new coaches do not showcase the same training and enthusiasm or love to help the children succeed. BEWARE! STAY AWAY! Terrible place to work or be a member. There are so many other great places for children to thrive.
