This play place has gone dowwwwwn hill. No A/C, no maintenance, no employees, and same $16 price tag... one employee working said they are looking for a new job:/ trash everywhere, nothing looks like it's ever been cleaned. Lots of broken or missing interactions. Exposed wires! Not a safe place to take your kid. Front desk seemed used to negative comments and advised the place was going to be sold and the deal fell through. So yeah. Sinking ship! read more

I took my 9/7/5 year-old grandsons here for ninety minutes ($15 each). They loved the slides, trampolines, climbing walls, and basketball hoops. Employees were so friendly and helpful. There were plenty of couches for adults to sit on and watch kids. The boys should sleep well tonight. read more

My son had the best time here. It's very large so there's lots of room for kids to explore. Definitely feels clean and kept up. Expect your kiddos to be worn out after spending even 30 minutes here. Definitely worth the cost! read more

We had a great time at Uptown Jungle! The play areas were generally clean and well-maintained, the employees were friendly, and the bathrooms were also clean. My boys loved the various play areas, fast slides, and other fun attractions. I appreciated the many seating areas for when I needed a rest after chasing my boys around. read more

I'm 15, & 5'8. My grandma brought me and the rest of my cousins 12 & younger. To say I didn't have high hopes for this place was an understatement. But I was quickly proven wrong! The jungle Gym is tall enough that I can walk around without having to crouch, and it's got sooooo much to do! Not to mention, it felt and smelled clean! The staff were really friendly as well! The two parts that sucked was all the rock climbing stuff was closed until 4:00 because they didn't have enough staff and apparently the drinking fountain had chunks of dirt or something in it. I would definitely recommend coming here! It may be one of the only jungle gyms that is all age friendly and is nice! Will be back!!!! read more

We went here with family and friends and it was awesome!! staff was nice and i loved all the infinite activities to do there. also love that it's right next to an in n out burger. dodgeball was great and water fountains were freezing cold. just not enough trampolines and blocked access to basketball area and not enough dodgeballs. there were about 5 or more people for every dodgeball. but overall i had a ton of fun. read more

I just came in today with my son to have some fun and yuck! Whoever is managing is not doing a great job. It is a gross place now. Nothing works and no staff around really. Even the roc climbing wall was shut down because there was not enough staff. :( bummer!!!! Spencer no longer manages this place and it's a shame because he kept this place up! Based on reviews and their Instagram, my 8 year old daughter thought this place would be for babies. She was dreading going for a Girl Scout event... but then she had a great time! She did say she wished they had trampolines just for jumping but she loved the rock climbing area! She also enjoyed the volcanic and the run-up wall. She had fun on the slides too. As a parent, I liked that even though the place was packed there was ample seating. I got a whole padded bench to myself to enjoy my book! read more

Great place for hours of fun. I have a 5 year old and she had plenty of space to run around and it's not too cramped if I needed to go in the play area. I just wished the cameras that the staff can see of the play area could be mirrored to the tv's that are displayed. It would nice if parents could have a place to look when they can't find their kids right away. There is a place near Lehi that has this and all the parents stand around watching. read more

First time here and used our Get Out Pass. Lots of parking. Easy check in. Friendly staff. My kids are young teens and there was enough to keep them busy for 90 minutes. Lots of seating for parents. read more

Had a party at Uptown Jungle today for the 2nd year in a row. Really disappointed with the service we received today for our party of almost 20 kids. I had to find someone to ask for everything and we were the ONLY party today. I had ordered extra pizzas before the party and today they had no notes about them. We were given 2 pitchers of soda and were charged to refill them one time even though we had 18 kids getting drinks and I was told "at least the water is free." We had a great experience last year and it is really disappointing how the service has declined dramatically but prices and nickel and diming the customer have skyrocketed. Additionally, the party package was supposed to come with a gift for the birthday girl and she got nothing from the park. Won't be having another party here in the future and won't be recommending Uptown Jungle to those in the future either. Giving 2 stars because when we finally got our pizza, they were tasty. read more

I wish this place were around when my kids were younger. I went there this week with my nephews and my youngest daughter who is 12 and everyone from age 12 down to 1 1/2 loved it. There is so much to do that no matter how many times you go there, you would never get bored. They have an area for ages five and under that is perfect for the little ones. I even saw adults in playing in the older area! We will be back! read more

This is an amazing place for young kids! They have daily, monthly, and yearly subscription passes (all of which are reasonably priced). I've been really impressed with the size of the space, the trampolines and the basketball court in the back, the fun activities in the front, the toddler area, as well as the $1 refills with the Uptown cup. Finally, the staff are great. Spencer (the manager) always says hi to me and the staff are NEVER on their phones, which is a welcome change from other places. read more

alright place for the kiddos, however after talking to my oldest sons friend about his experience working there, management seems questionable and health precautions are as well. From what i've been told, the kitchen isn't up to code, and employees aren't wearing gloves as they should . read more

My son LOVES coming to Uptown Jungle, it's so much fun and one of the cleaner indoor parks we have been to. We had a party planned and had to cancel due to our entire family being sick. We had my 10 year olds birthday party here. All of the kids had a blast. There are tons of things for all ages of kids to do. There is no other place in Utah that has all that this one does. Everything was clean and well maintained. It was very busy and the employees managed things well. Faye and Ariana helped us with our party and they were amazing! I really don't think I have ever been so impressed by employees. I would absolutely recommend this place for a party or even just to come and play. read more

Uptown Jungle is the perfect place for not only kids, but people of all ages! I have ventured here with my young nieces and nephews, but recently booked a private party for me and 50 of my friends for my birthday! We are all 25+ and had the night of our lives acting like we were kids. I'm not sure how to top my party there, but can't rave enough about how fun the park was- not to mention how kind and attentive all of the staff was too! If you haven't been yet- go! I have been to uptown jungle in Sandy, Utah 3 times and each time have been a great experience! Tonight especially I might have their names wrong but I think it was Geniva and Arianna (the night of 1/17/2024) we were there until closing and they were so sweet and helpful and made my daughters night!!
