If your kid is under 10, prepare for them to get absolutely bulldozed by the older kids -- even in…read morethe so-called "toddler zone" (which is apparently toddler-friendly the same way a mosh pit is grandma-friendly). Jaylynn (the manager/owner?/bad-attitude-enthusiast) greeted guests with the warmth of a DMV worker on their last day. Her vibe was so aggressive you could practically taste the hostility. It's clearly contagious too, because Ava at the front desk checked us in like we were an inconvenience to her and her great-great grandchildren. Bonus: you'll spend about 30 minutes getting a wristband -- and that's without a line. This place could be great... if it were managed by literally anyone else.

I wouldn't recommend paying for a party package. It's expensive and not a good value…read more $270 for 8 guests for 2 hours. Doesn't include jump socks and you're assigned one table in a room with 4 tables. There was another party at another table. I couldn't imagine all 4 tables full at the same time. It was crazy loud with just about 15 people in there. We didn't have our own garbage can, plus there were little flies everywhere. The pizza is terrible and a pitcher of tap water included. I'd suggest just paying for your guests and not doing a table. I'm not sure what exactly we were supposed to tip on, as the only service was bringing out the pizza and the plates and cups being set on the table. Not worth 20% on $270. The place itself is cool and fun. The trapeze was only open for about 10-15 minutes. It should be open non stop for how popular it is.

Bro guy my daughter here for a few hours of fun in the awful summer heat. For 2 hours it was $15.99…read moreplus the $2.99 for grippy socks. Our total w/tax was $20.39. They won't let you use any other facilities socks, but theirs. This seems to be the standard everywhere now, so we're like the proud d owner of 15 different grippy socks ha! The facility appeared clean, but was actually a bit filthy when you really look around. A bottle of water with tax was $4.29! They claim no outside drinks are allowed. But almost everyone had a water bottle of somewhat from home. Do bring your own! They do have a small food area with pizza. They have a seating area upstairs to relax in. The chairs and sofas aren't the most comfortable but it'll do for a few hours. It's quite noisy inside, but the air conditioning felt amazing! One thing I noticed is that the staff are busy talking and not paying attention to the kids climbing and I green my daughter had to wait to get their attention when she wanted to be untethered. But it's a great place to let the kids play and burn off some energy.

Whether I recommend this is a yes and a no because: yes- they have a good seating area for parents…read moreto watch with tables, comfortable chairs, even a soundproof type booth like you might find in a library. They have areas of AstroTurf to run around and Play on simulating park hills, a ropes.climbing area (more like rock climbing than a ropes course as you just go up a route), a place structure with slides, and a children's (three and under) play area (which honestly is pretty lit). No- The price is around $16 to $18/person for a one-time visit and you get to stay for 90 minutes. However, you can upgrade to a 1-month pass for a few dollars more (making it $19 to $21) allowing you to stay all day and come back as many times as you want (there are two different passes allowing usage Monday through Thursday and then any day of the week and those are different prices). So it feels silly to not buy the month pass, but if you're not sure if you'll like it or you're only going to be there that day then it feels like a rip-off. Additionally, my kids started to get bored after about three times of attending. We were not attending for about 6 months and they started asking about returning. I don't know if this is a sustainable activity for more than a month. If you only want to do it for one month you need to make sure to cancel your membership timely. They do require you to use THEIR socks so you do need to buy them the first time you go. But then if you need replacements I THINK that there is a discount. Another con is they don't allow outside food (although I saw plenty of people eating right on the AstroTurf anyway- it was hard for my rule abiding self to see). They do have food available to purchase but I can't speak to the value for the money. They also have a birthday party packages but I can't speak to the value for the money. I did look into it when I first went to the Big Green and I felt like it wasn't worth it for me. But it is an option if you're looking for something. But the time available to stay is only 90 minutes (of course confirm with the place yourself if you want to take advantage of this) I feel this is a really good option for the winter except that I don't want to leave the house in the winter . But when we do go we try to stay for as long as we can so we bring a lunch and that can be extra hard to have to go out to our car to eat the lunch as no outside food is allowed inside. Overall I like the place because it allows my kids to get really worn out, but I wish I lived closer to it!
