We're Huggy's newest Homies!! We celebrated my daughter's 7th birthday at Kids Empire yesterday and she hasn't stopped talking about it since! The entire experience was fantastic and so fun for both the kids and the adults. We chose the Kids Meal birthday package, which came with snacks, drinks, cake, and pizza -- all of which were surprisingly delicious! We were also able to bring a fruit and veggie tray, and additional cupcakes. Just a heads-up: the cake isn't personalized, so I recommend bringing your own cake topper. They did provide candles and a lighter though, which was so helpful for this last-minute mom! Our party included 10 adults and 11 kids (the package includes 10 kids and you just pay a little extra per additional child). Everything was well-organized, clean, bright, and full of energy. The decorations and balloons were already set up when we arrived -- such a relief not having to worry about that! A HUGE shoutout to our Party Host, Hero -- she was absolutely incredible! Kind, attentive, and so sweet with my birthday girl. She remembered little details about what my daughter liked and made her feel so special. Hero went above and beyond, and I will truly never forget her kindness and care. Amazing time and staff! It's clean and a lot of tables and space! Loved that you won no matter what at the arcade!!

Our little one always enjoys this place. We always go on a week night at around 6pm and the place is literally close to empty. Which is more enjoyable for our little one because it looks like he has the place all to himself lol. We would literally start at the toddlers area and would warm up until he wants to go to the big kids area. It's pretty awesome how you pay for one kid and two parents go in for free lol. It's awesome how the playground can support adults as well. Our favorite slide to go on is the blue one with three bumps to it. Be careful with the pink one as it's too steep for smaller kids. Regardless this is a great place to take your little ones. I can't imagine how it is when it's packed though which is a time we try to avoid. read more

My big complaint is pretty silly and is probably only on this day, but they have only played Katy Perry the entire time. Haha it's just really annoying hearing her and the same five songs on repeat. I have a lot to say. This place is more than 5 stars for many reasons. 1. We had the place to ourselves (Went around 12:30PM on a Thursday) 2. It has HUGE slides. Even as an adult I was taken aback. 3. Huge open area to sit. 4. A mini race track and cars. 5. oversized legos in place of a ball pen which they have for kids 2 and under. 6. Glow in the dark dance floor. 7. Clean bathrooms 8. Ice cream. 9. Indoor soccer ball field. 10. Super high climbs for a challenge. My son is 22 months old and killed it. Great time! read more

We always have a good time here! It is the cleanest indoor playground I've ever seen. The staff clean everything constantly and do a pretty good job. I love that the admission is all day and parents are free. The playground is also big enough for parents to climb around and have fun with the kiddos. It's an easy way to spend 2-3 hours wearing out the kiddos (and yourself). I will say the admission, food and game extras are too expensive, but at least the claw machines are play until you win, and the little cars are fun. read more

Don't waste your time. The prices are absurd and the employees here are rude. Every time (once every 2 or so months) we come here the prices seem to go up every time. $40 for a toddler and a 9-year old?! Get the eff out of here. I get it, you're paying for an all day pass. But that's just an excuse to charge you ridiculous prices out the whoo-hah! I don't know about you, but once I leave a kids play-place, I don't plan on coming back that day. 3 stars is generous! I'd never come back. No food. No air conditioning. No common sense from the staff. The socks aren't any type of special sock but they charge you for them even if you're holding an infant at a table, seated. The snacks are gross and out dated. The staff should be fired. This is a great indoor playground. They recently raised their prices by like 4 dollars per kid to enter... which seems a little steep IMO. The thing I do not like about this is no outside food. For $20 to play I'd better be able to bring my own snacks. Like other reviews, the staff could be friendlier. It's relatively clean for an indoor play place. The set up is great, which is why we keep coming. It's 18.90 per kid with 2 "free" adults per kid. They do have snacks available for purchase. read more

So expensive. My kids love this place and request it all the time but for $60 for our three kids (they charge after 11 months old, even though a kid is barely walking at that point), we don't come nearly as often as we would if the price was more reasonable. This would be a regular staple for us but at the price point, it becomes something we do maybe once a year. As others have mentioned, it's clean and the kids love it, but the kids aren't the ones paying lol. I think sadly they've priced themselves out of being a place we go regularly for entertainment. read more

I'd love to give them 5-Stars for the facility, but then only 3-Stars for the staff (which I hate to do), so we end up at 4 stars. I will never come back. Although, my child likes to come here and play, the staff are horrible. The only food the place has is junk food snacks-- no coffee. Next store is a coffee shop and I wanted go get a coffee. They told me that I could not bring it inside though they let others in with their own drinks. When I asked why some customers could bring their own drinks but I couldn't. The kids tending the counter rudely shrugged it off and said, "but you can't. Took the kids here on their day off from school. It was $15 for the day per kid. You can leave and come back without issue. It's a big climbing structure with a few slides. Also there are motorcycles that require tokens. There is a separate smaller cloning structure for the babies. Overall the kids dig this place. Oh be prepared to have no shoes on. We just had the WORST experience with this place EVER! I booked my daughters party out in September! Her party is supposed to happen in 3 days (01//15/2022) and I got a phone call this morning from them telling me that I owe "261$ and some change " when I have a receipt that shows the amount has been paid in full! Some lady by the name of Jenny is the one that called me and said that there isn't anything she can do about it and that it needs to be paid other wise the party wasn't going to happen. She's claiming they had a glitch in their system and that it didn't charge us for the EXTRA adults! Mind you I already paid 250-300$ and she wants 261$ more! I showed her the receipts and she said that they don't matter because they computers glitched, truthfully it's not my fault if THEIR system is broken ! We had an agreement to pay what was already paid, and that THEY need to bite the bullet on this one, it's false advertisement first off and second , I don't have 261$ to just drop on a patty that I PAID FOR IN SEPTEMBER! I also told her I was upset because the party is 3 days away, and we have 35-40 people showing up ! No where else is going to plan something for us last minute on a Saturday afternoon! She told me to email the support team but there is no guarantee! Obviously because they aren't going to get back to me in time! So when we went in to talk to her she CLAIMED SHE FIRED the manager ERIC and she flew from out of state to take care of things! I spoke to 3 people with in this last week and ALL 3 of them said everything was paid in full and we shouldn't have any issues! So now they will not refund me for THEIR mistake and now I don't have enough time to book another party.. I would NOT recommend this place! Get yourself some new staff! This appears to be a huge and enjoyable activity place for (older) kids. On my recent trip there, I had to pay for my sleeping infant because he just turned 12 months and although it's posted nowhere, 12 months and older have to pay. He was SLEEPING wrapped to me. If I didn't pay I was told I could sit on the bench in front of the register counter while my older ones went to play?!?! Meanwhile, there were 5 people standing behind the counter, 2 playing tic tac toe on post it's with each othef and I saw no one around the floor in the activity area monitoring anything. Looooove this place! They have long hours including on weekends. We love to make it a long day. You're allowed to go and come back as you need. We've taken our two littles here twice now and both times have had positive experiences. The staff there have treated us kindly and have superior customer service. I like the fact that we can pay the admission and our children can spend two to three hours playing, climbing and exerting all of that excess energy. I like that there aren't a lot of games to distract since I prefer our children to climb and interact. This facility is conducive to exercising. I will never come back here again and I will make sure I tell all of my friends and family not to. Number one, it now costs $20 for admission which is insane for an indoor playground. Number two the general manager is one of the worst people I have ever worked with. He refused entry to my disabled daughter without us paying the full $20 for her to go in and sit at a table. She isn't able to participate in any activities but he didn't care. When I asked to speak to the owner he replied, "If you can find him in France you can have his number." read more
