Came to visit my sister here in Utah and wanted get the kids out to burn some energy. Between the both of us we have kids ranging from 1-10 and they all had fun. Would definitely some back. One thing I would add is a coffee bar for the parents other then that it's perfect staff was super nice and they are always cleaning

This place is pure magic for kids, especially for my toddlers. It's clean with friendly staff and a seemingly endless supply a fun things to climb on and slide down. Highly recommend!

Spacious lots of room for adult sitting, baby area, some parts of the playground are worn and have exposed wood planks or metal tubes. Pricier than other places in slc but still good to stop by and see

Super awesome fun! We stopped here on a roadtrip from CO to WA and it was great! Super clean, lots of space for my 3 kids to burn energy and have a blast. Such a great find and good location. Lots of restaurants all around so we had dinner right after playing, before hitting the road.

Great spot to bring laptop and work while kids play. There are not a lot of outlets, so picking is limited. I love the re-entry option.

I definitely see improvement in all areas in the past few months. From the time it opened the staff has always been kind and friendly and go out of their way to make us feel like we belong and always have remembered our names. They do get very busy on the weekends so I understand how hard it can be to have everything too too- be patient people. -- maybe some paper towels and spray cleaners available at the counters would be helpful. Al in all this is our favorite place to be- kids play and I can get tons of work done with computer and charging outlets everywhere. Thanks for doing a great job!!

Jaylynn (the manager/owner?/bad-attitude-enthusiast) greeted guests with the warmth of a DMV worker on their last day. Her vibe was so aggressive you could practically taste the hostility. It's clearly contagious too, because Ava at the front desk checked us in like we were an inconvenience to her and her great-great grandchildren. Bonus: you'll spend about 30 minutes getting a wristband -- and that's without a line. This place could be great... if it were managed by literally anyone else.

I didn't feel like my kids would get sick and I loved that there were hand sanitizers on every table! The pricing was a little high, but about average for a play place. They don't require you to wear their grip socks, as long as you have your own you are good. The band system to get in is a good idea, but my kids can walk right up to it and get out as many times as they want. It was a little frustrating chasing my 2 year old once she figured out she could run past it and it would close between us! The play area was massive. So many slides, swings, balls, and tunnels to play with. It is a kids dream! I had my 4 kids with me ranging from 9-1. My 9 year old had fun but I could tell he was getting bored fast. It's definitely more geared for a younger age. My 7 and 3 year old had a blast! Our favorites were the giant metal slide at the beginning, the ball pit, and the tube slide! I also liked that there was separate seating for parents. You could pretty much see them the whole time. There was also a giant tv screen that helped you see where they were if they were out of site.

Whether I recommend this is a yes and a no because: yes- they have a good seating area for parents…read moreto watch with tables, comfortable chairs, even a soundproof type booth like you might find in a library. They have areas of AstroTurf to run around and Play on simulating park hills, a ropes.climbing area (more like rock climbing than a ropes course as you just go up a route), a place structure with slides, and a children's (three and under) play area (which honestly is pretty lit). No- The price is around $16 to $18/person for a one-time visit and you get to stay for 90 minutes. However, you can upgrade to a 1-month pass for a few dollars more (making it $19 to $21) allowing you to stay all day and come back as many times as you want (there are two different passes allowing usage Monday through Thursday and then any day of the week and those are different prices). So it feels silly to not buy the month pass, but if you're not sure if you'll like it or you're only going to be there that day then it feels like a rip-off. Additionally, my kids started to get bored after about three times of attending. We were not attending for about 6 months and they started asking about returning. I don't know if this is a sustainable activity for more than a month. If you only want to do it for one month you need to make sure to cancel your membership timely. They do require you to use THEIR socks so you do need to buy them the first time you go. But then if you need replacements I THINK that there is a discount. Another con is they don't allow outside food (although I saw plenty of people eating right on the AstroTurf anyway- it was hard for my rule abiding self to see). They do have food available to purchase but I can't speak to the value for the money. They also have a birthday party packages but I can't speak to the value for the money. I did look into it when I first went to the Big Green and I felt like it wasn't worth it for me. But it is an option if you're looking for something. But the time available to stay is only 90 minutes (of course confirm with the place yourself if you want to take advantage of this) I feel this is a really good option for the winter except that I don't want to leave the house in the winter . But when we do go we try to stay for as long as we can so we bring a lunch and that can be extra hard to have to go out to our car to eat the lunch as no outside food is allowed inside. Overall I like the place because it allows my kids to get really worn out, but I wish I lived closer to it!

There's also an upstairs play area for ages 3 and under, with a nice sitting area and private party spaces. They also have little soundproof (?) phone booth style areas where parents can work. I came here with my sister in law and my two kids (2yrs / 4mo) after our other plans fell through. So I wasn't expecting quite so high an entrance fee ($17, and my 4mo was free), and it was a little complicated about which of us could be in the play area with my son - but overall it was a positive experience. I think it could be overwhelming if it were more crowded, and it was quite cold downstairs, but I'm thinking in terms of an infant and not kids who are running around. Probably a once in a while thing for us, but I'd love to try again when the kids are older! The little kid section upstairs was perfect for us.
