This review is based on their birthday party packages, not the classes they offer…read more We've done birthday parties here two years in a row. The first year we went, we had no idea what to expect. The party package we got was $250 for an hour and a half (non member price). It covers printed invitations, games and activities, use of kid size gymnastics equipment, set up of all utensils/plates/juice boxes/balloons, help with the cake and serving, help with presents, they cover the clean up. When we got our invitations something was off. The ink wouldn't dry.. just smeared all over the place. Two days later, still smudgy and powdery. I could wipe the printing off just by brushing my finger against it, it was bizarre. That was an easy fix and we just made our own invites. I believe we had the owners help us with our first party and they went above and beyond our expectations. They were very nice people. When we first got there the tables were set and decorated. There were also juice boxes set at each spot. They had fun games planned, wanted to know if any kids had food allergies (we had a gluten free child in attendance), helped with serving, and made a birthday throne out of the foam gym equipment. They made it so much fun for the kids and it was so enjoyable for us as well! The owners have some sort of magic when it comes to communicating with the kids and everything went so smooth it was almost unbelievable. It was worth every penny and we knew we'd use Little Gym the following year! This next birthday, when we got our invitations the first thing I checked was the ink. No smudges! However, the day before the party I learned that a portion of the invitations had an incorrect number to RSVP and some parents couldn't get ahold of me. That is partially my fault for not checking each individual card. I checked a few and they were correct so went ahead and set them to school. When we got there the tables were set but we didn't have the owners to help this time. We had two younger girls who were still very nice and good with the kids. After the activities is where quite a bit of inconsistency happens. The kids sat down and were so thirsty from playing. That's when I noticed there was no juice. I asked one of the girls if they still offered juice she said she would go check and see if they still had any. She came back and handed me a big bulk box of juice. I told them that last time we had help with serving the cake and doing presents and asked if that was still part of the package. They said no but they could help if we needed them too. I told them yes and they put out a chair and a gym mat by the presents and then sat behind the desk and talked the rest of the time. No help with serving, no help with the hungry thirsty kids, no help managing the situation with opening presents. The first visit we had was great because there were enough adults helping the excited antsy children. This time was a zoo. I'm not upset with the employees that we had at our party. They were still very nice girls and I appreciate the time they did activities with the kids. But for $250 there are some major inconsistencies with what comes with their birthday package. I don't know if we got the royal treatment the first time or shafted the second time. Unfortunately, I'm sad to say we will not be using Little Gym for our birthday parties anymore. The price is not justified if our second experience is the norm.

This was perfect, the kids got to run around and play games. The price for the party packages are completely reasonable. We got the package that came w the instructor it was absolutely worth it. You get the gym and two party rooms. The only thing I didn't love is I showed up and didn't know where the room was and there was no one at the desk to assist me/answer any of my Qs and I didn't want to waste time, as I only get 15 mins to set up prior. There is plenty of parking in the back which is THE BEST. I also loved that we didn't have to pay anything the same day. We could just head straight home and they email me for payment arrangements the following day. I suggest you keep a list of the kids that come and play on the mat, sometimes it gets confusing for the instructor to know which kids are under 2yrs old (free) vs the rest of the kids and they charge you for it, but they are easy to work with when you go over any hiccups! I think this is the best place to have a party for the kids! Especially if you want to sit and relax for a moment while they play.

It is personalized and designed to get the best out of your athletes. Our daughter went from a Level 3 nine-year-old to a Level 7 beast at 11. Most importantly, when our daughter decided she wanted to try other sports and spend less time in the gym, Kim and Giorgio were incredibly supportive, allowing her to come work out at the gym with her friends even though not competing on team. This flexibility and individual care is missing at other large gym "machines." As a result, our girl has forever friends at the gym, is one of the strongest, fastest athletes her age, and has learned the importance of commitment, hard-work, and coaching. Whether she goes back to team gymnastics or simply continues working with the team, she will forever be part of the Inspire family, and will have gained immeasurable positives from Kim and Giorgio's program. I can't recommend this place enough.

My initial impression of the gym was that the space seemed small compared to the amount of equipment in it. There also appeared to be many kids and few adults. 10 minutes into class, I took my 3 year old to the bathroom. I came back to find my 5 year old bleeding from a head wound with the teachers holding tissues to her head. She was struck in the forehead with a trapeze bar and needed stitches. I was completely dumbfounded as to how this could have happened with two adults supposedly teaching the class. Clearly, if there was ANY danger of someone getting hit by a swinging bar, there should have been an adult present to ensure the kids waiting their turn were a safe distance away. Obviously, at the time, I was focused on getting my daughter out the door and to a doctor, but I was never offered any type of bandage, ice, gauze, or medical assistance. My husband went to Flippers the next day to express his concern about the situation. He asked where the first aid kit was and was never shown it. He also spoke with the owner on the phone, asking what type of changes might be implemented to prevent this type of thing from happening again. The owner apologized for what happened and offered additional free classes but was wishy washy on what, if any change, would be made. At one point, she chalked it up to a "freak accident" and essentially blamed my daughter because "she wasn't used to the routine."

I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited two months of going almost every day to see if they clean it ever. Not once did I not see bird poop track in to the gym. Totally not okay! Our kids are barefoot in the gym with their hands on the mat that have bird crap out of them. On top of that their front desk is so confusing. I thought in the summer I tried to change my kids lessons from in the morning to the evening. Verbally they told me that their class was going to be at X time but In the confirmation email it's stated Y time. And they never seem to be able to explain why to any of my questions. And my last straw was when my son had a make up class back to back to his normal class. I spoke with them if it was OK for me to leave and come back at the end of the two hours. They said yes. I said perfect and I will be back Just before his second class ended. Luckily I came back 30 minutes before his second class ended. Come to find out his teacher did NOT make sure that he was in his second class like they said they would. So my son was waiting for me for about 25 minutes instead of being in class. He sat in the lobby by himself for 25 minutes! They didn't even call me to let me know. If you're going to say that it's OK for me to leave and let you make sure that my child will be in his second class for me THEN DO IT! NEVER COMING BACK!
