We were really excited to try this place this morning. We go to all the kids indoor playgrounds and we were super excited to have one near us. When we came in we were not greeted, but instead could hear the manager disciplining her employees. It was very awkward. As I was filling out our waivers, my kids walked over to see what the play area looked like. The same manager turned to me to say my kids were not allowed in without a wristband. They weren't even close to entering, and were standing probably 6 feet from me. I told her they aren't going in and then she told me they couldn't move from me without a wristband. She then marched off and the employee apologized saying she was in a bad mood because the night employees "didn't do the job the right way". It started off the play very uncomfortable for all of us. Besides the service, the playground isn't worth the high price. Unlike a lot of the other play places, there is no music, and it's very small. The prices are the same for a bigger playground. I would save your money and time and go to the Kidstopia in Roy.

This place is great my kids love it. But if the owner would like to improve this place and keep people coming back they should look at either firing all their worthless employees or be here on site and manage them. The employees don't really supervise anything there and just mess around and act worse the the kids playing. And because of the workers and their lack of work ethics and discipline we won't be back to this location.

I like that there are places to sit inside the play area and outside the play area.

I didn't feel like my kids would get sick and I loved that there were hand sanitizers on every table! The pricing was a little high, but about average for a play place. They don't require you to wear their grip socks, as long as you have your own you are good. The band system to get in is a good idea, but my kids can walk right up to it and get out as many times as they want. It was a little frustrating chasing my 2 year old once she figured out she could run past it and it would close between us! The play area was massive. So many slides, swings, balls, and tunnels to play with. It is a kids dream! I had my 4 kids with me ranging from 9-1. My 9 year old had fun but I could tell he was getting bored fast. It's definitely more geared for a younger age. My 7 and 3 year old had a blast! Our favorites were the giant metal slide at the beginning, the ball pit, and the tube slide! I also liked that there was separate seating for parents. You could pretty much see them the whole time. There was also a giant tv screen that helped you see where they were if they were out of site.

Wow this was a really cool place!…read more I brought my 2 year old and 10 month old and they had a blast. First things first was the pricing, when I looked online it said it was $10 for adults if they wanted to join the fun, and free to watch. And $6 for two and under. However, when I went to go pay it was only $12 for the three of us. So I don't really understand what I paid for, but was happy with the result. There is a crawling baby section, 3 and under section, and then of course the huge playground. The crawling baby section was honestly quite disappointing. Of course, babies of that age don't need much, but the area was so full of blocks that no one can even walk in it, let alone letting a baby crawl in it. The 3 and under section was more than appropriate for me little guy though, so I put him in there. There large playground is awesome. This was the first time I let me two year old truly go and adventure on his own. I was a little nervous and kept checking up on him, but don't think he has ever had so much fun in his whole life. What was really nice is that much of the playground is built in such a way that as an adult, I didn't have much trouble navigating it when going up myself. Aside from the crawling baby section though, the other reason I only give 4 stars is that I wish there were only exits from the playground on the same side. You can actually get up to it from all directions and there are two exit doors towards the back of the playground. They appear to be alarmed, but honestly, there really isn't anything stopping someone from standing in the back, waiting for a kid, and running. I know this is a worst case scenario and likely never happened, but the possibility did make me a little uncomfortable. That said, I highly recommend taking your kids here. The price is well worth it and they will have the time of their lives

She was super knowledgeable, kind and generous with her time. Some of the enclosures seem far too small and kinda dirty. It felt kinda like a money grab. There is token slots everywhere you turn to take money for feeding the animals. I can see the interactive aspect, but it would be very expensive for a family to come here if they want to feed multiple animals considering each token is $2. The place was also very hot and had an odd smell. Tight quarters. It was a fun one time experience.

This led us to be so confused with whether we input the right directions. However, on the building of the mall in front of the food court, you see "SeaQuest". Yep - we're in the right place... Once you walk in the mall, you pass the 90s looking food court and head downstairs below the food court to find the entrance of SeaQuest past a small playground for kids. At the register, we were greeted by a kind worker manning the check-in desk, Natalia. She was so amazing! She gave us the low-down on what to expect and even gave us a few extra tokens to use to feed the animals. Honestly, we had the best experience possible because of Natalia. We ended up having the full experience of feeding the otters, hanging out with the cats, and even the porcupine (quillio) and prairie dogs (blossom, bubbles, and buttercup)! Literally, SeaQuest was my major highlight of the trip to Utah! We could not believe the different kinds of animals they had in such a small setting, which of course from an outside perspective, you feel really bad that these animals are "entrapped" or living in such an enclosed space, but it's almost like you can see that the animals might actually enjoy living in there. Lol, probably because they're getting fed majority of the day, but the caretakers seem to be pretty good at spacing out meals for them. When you first walk in, it was almost alarming to the point of feeling like there are a number of safety hazards/concerns for both the animals and patrons. The glass for the aquariums are so low that people can stick their hands in (which is apparently totally ok to do for most aquariums). Some animals like the iguanas are totally hanging almost outside of their open cages for people to pet. You can also just hop into the tortoise's enclosure to say hi. So crazy. There are so many crazy kids running around, so I honestly feel worried about the animals getting hurt and bombarded on the daily, but what I love about this place is its uniqueness and mission to educate the masses. These animals are very well adapted to humans and seem to have very good caretakers, so that part was reassuring. Oh also, the little doctor fish that exfoliate your hands was the coolest! Free manicure with your entry, hehe!

The coaches also take a minute at the very end of each class to share a message such as not to bully or don't answer the door at home, get your parent. I don't know if this is permanent or just a summer thing, but for an additional cost you can sign up your child for a 3 hour Parents Night Out on select Fridays. Basically a chance for you to leave your child with trusted coaches while you take some well deserved time out for yourself. I highly recommend this gym and I'm so glad I gave them a try!
