Nice facilities, but poorly managed. When we did a trial class the door was locked and we had to wait a long time in the cold for the instructor to arrive and so class started late and the class was so large that the kids spent a lot of time sitting around waiting turns. When we signed up for a 3-4 year old class at a different time, it was permanently combined with the 1-2 year old parent and child class without any prior communication that it would be. Our child was ignored and not shown where to go for the first part of class and then overwhelmed by the chaos of a mixed format class with one teacher in training, so we lost $60 and 55 minutes watching our child do no gymnastics at all. read more

Olympus is consistently the highest scoring gym in the NATION for level 10 gymnasts. If you want the best coaches who obviously know what to do with talent, this is the place to be. My daughter came here a few years ago and now has a full ride D1 scholarship when she graduates. The coaches truly care about their gymnasts and have created such a positive environment for these competitive athletes. Beyond disappointed. I'll admit the gym looks amazing. The equipment is top notch. I was here just a month before they raised the price 10$. Annoying but whatever,the gym is impressive I figured it's fine- we'll stay. Well, don't waste your money. The coaches were SO nice to my 3 year old during her trial, and the following week. Then after that - could not CARE to work with her. I have video footage of the coach body blocking the foam pit so my daughter couldn't jump in it after doing the frog jumps to it. Ridiculous. The new coach is insanely rude!! Your trial will go great but after that they don't give a crap about your kid. They just want their money. When I asked how to the cancel the supervisor- Michelle was Beyond Rude and inappropriate. But I'm not one to make a scene. So I quietly grabbed the card and walked out. Also I will mention, if you have a toddler be sure to get them after class. I've witnessed too many three year olds left UNATTENDED wandering the parking lot looking for their parents. This place may appear to be amazing, but the attitude, feeling, and overall vibe will leave you and your child feeling awful. Spend your money anywhere else. read more

My daughter has prior gymnastics schooling which we believed Olympus took into account when placing her in the Bronze level class. Fast forward 8 months and she is still in the same class. I asked the office manager this morning why my daughter hasn't progressed and the woman found that my daughter's teacher hasn't written a progress report in 5 months. This is supposed to be done monthly, which then informs the school if a student should move up a level. To find this lapse of reporting is frustrating. To add insult to injury they have put new girls with zero experience in the same class, thereby diluting the teachers time further. read more

If you enjoy being treated like cattle, come here for your kids gymnastic experience! Not only do they cram too many children in the classes, they don't really care about your experience or your child's development. The recitals are too packed with nowhere to sit, and the cherry on top is that the receptionist Is extremely unprofessional and rude. It seems to me that the only thing they care about is the automated withdrawal of your money into their account. read more

Olympus Gymnastics provides an excellent training facility, as well as the highest level coaching. My daughter started at Olympus when she was 3 years old and progressed from rec to their J.O. team this past year, with help from their great coaches. This gym produces amazing gymnasts. Their scores are consistently in the top group in Utah, and the gymnasts have fun! It is a family. After nearly five years at this gym, we couldn't imagine going anywhere else. read more

Beautiful facility with the best coaching in the state of Utah. My daughter has been at Olympus for 5 years now and she has grown in so many ways thanks to her time at Olympus. At the age of 7 we were looking for a way to harness her energy and love of tumbling and the coaches at Olympus have done just that. She is now strong and disciplined and has confidence that knows no bounds. Her coaches have helped nurture her love of gymnastics, but have also created an environment where she has learned to become a listener, a helper, a leader and competitor, and a great friend and teammate. Safety is paramount at Olympus. The focus is on technique first and foremost, to prevent injury and promote proper skill progression. You won't see gymnasts hucking skills unsafely which may disappoint some, but this is actually a sign of a good gym. Do your research and come try a class! read more

I have been associated with Olympus Gymnastics for 10 years. My daughter was a gymnast here. Ryan was her bar coach and helped her get a full ride gymnastic scholarship to Oregon State University! Her college coaches told me that Olympus is one of only a few gymnastic gyms in Utah that they come to look at to recruit new gymnasts. During her college career, she was welcomed back to work out during the summer and times when she was back in Utah. They are an amazing gym with great coaches. Their recreation program is set up for success with options for girls that really want to follow the gymnast path or for those that just love it as a fun thing to do. read more

My daughter has been training here for 6 years and I could not be more impressed with the facilities and the coaching! This place is so dirty! No soap or toilet papers in the bathroom for days. Water filters never been replaced. Mirrors are NEVER cleaned & glass is disgusting in areas parents sit. My daughter has seen the same booger on the floor for months! I removed her ASAP. They over charge ad can't keep it clean. read more

Best gymnastics center to enroll a child of any age or gender. Amazing staff that is constantly improving and adapting towards the need of every child while making sure they have fun while learning. I went here when I was younger and loved it, now my sister goes here and is a level 10. The new facility is great and has WIFI as well as a balcony area with seating for parents to watch. The gym has some of the best coaching staff and the head coach is one of the top coaches in the nation. The girls move up depending on if they have achieved the required skills for that level on all events and not by how long they have been in the level. This Is so the child can move up at their own pace and be completely comfortable doing said skills. The preschool program is one of the bigger programs at the gym and helps train children in body awareness and listening skills while still having fun and learning new skills. It's an amazing gym that really focuses on helping children to achieve their goals. read more

I have had three of my children take gymnastics from Olympus and have had nothing but great experiences. The coaches are fantastic and really pushed my kids to succeed. I have one child on the competitive team and one son in the boys program (my other son decided to do Tae Kwan Do). In my opinion Olympus is the best gym. The staff really cares about their gymnasts and the front desk support is amazing. read more
