I tried to move it, but there were exorbitant fees for cancelling, freezing, or changing your membership at all. I really wish that they would see me as an actual person and try to work with me instead of inventing every excuse to take more money. Paying $100 in extra fees isn't much to some people, but for others it is. Great staff and equipment, sad intent of the organization. Do not get this membership if you just need it for a few months. Or if you might have plans change and need a company that will work with you. Just don't get a membership. It's not worth it unless they change some things at the organizational level.

There's quite a few of the same machine which means you'll always have access to whatever muscle group you're working on. Ide say about 30-40 treadmills, 20 ellipticals for cardio. Never seen anywhere close to half occupied. Anytime I've used the bathrooms they have always been very clean. The staff seem to really take care of the place and are on top of it. I usually go around 2-3pm or so, and Saturday nights if I'm not doing anything. Maybe 10-15 people. The gym is large enough to avoid crowding. Love Planet Fitness!

Rob is LEGIT!…read more Arguably one of the best sports massages I have ever had. The setup is pretty quick and straight forward... one room and one table. This is not a zen retreat or resort spa, and this probably won't feel too good if this is your first time lol. But please trust that the work and the pain will pay off, its only temporary. Now, about the massage... I liked that Rob paid very close attention to my needs. I told him where I was having pain and he attacked it. He didn't treat me as if I didn't know what I was talking about while proceeding to go ahead and do his own normal massage routine. I got what I asked and paid for, at the end of the day, that is everything to me. I also appreciated the combination of him using hands and other tools. I believe it gave my mind and body a different feel and different techniques to keep it guessing. He used graston, cupping, and the hypervolt (vibrating massage tool) each of them providing my muscles a different sensation. All in all this was a very, very good massage and it was everything I NEEDED and EXPECTED. I will frequent this place, don't ever be afraid to invest in yourself!

I met with Brantz for all my visits and he always did a phenomenal job. He certainly knows what he's doing in terms of massage therapy, scraping, cupping, dynamic stretching, etc. What really impressed me was his level of technical knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology. It's obvious he has a genuine passion for what he does. I have been to quite a few places around the valley for deep tissue and sports massages. After going to Premier, I won't try anywhere else. Even if you are not athlete, give them a shot.

They were happy to give me a short term pass while I was in town! They even let me come one day for free to make sure I liked it first! Liberty in the membership office was so friendly. I loved her the moment I heard her voice on the phone. Julie is an excellent teacher who kicks your butt with love. She's very encouraging and good at adapting workouts if you aren't as advanced. I took 3 different classes with her. I think "MetCon" circuit training was my favorite. Mary Lynn is not only an amazing instructor who motivates and pushes you, but you get a motivational-therapy-pep-talk at the end which, personally, brought me to tears in both classes I took from her. "Not your Mamas Pilates" introduced me to muscles I didn't know I had. "50/50" was a nice balance of weights and cardio. Loved the kick boxing moves! Amber's up beat "High Fitness" class felt like a cross between cheerleading and musical theater dance. She called it "old school aerobics". The choreography is repetitive enough that you can pick it up pretty easily, and if not, it's no big deal. It's fun and I felt it. Even my arms felt it! For those who don't like working out, this might be a fun way to start. Lisa taught dance club. I personally didn't like how loud the music was and how fast the moves were. I couldn't pick them up and therefore didn't feel "the burn" as much. BUT it's super popular and lots of ppl love that class because it feels like you're in a dance club. Go with some girlfriends and just have fun! I'm really bummed I have to go home now. There are still a handful of classes I haven't tried yet and I wish I could!!!

I never felt like I was a person to them, just a number. When you step into The Elite Training Facility, you instantly feel welcomed. I ended up staying at my home gym, but this place was still very well done and I would recommend it to anyone that lives out this way.
