The girls' program is well-developed, but the same cannot be said of the boys' program. If you want your son to be stuck in level 1 year after year because you're not willing to commit to 4 hours a week of training or don't want to compete, go to Elite. If you want to sign up for an intermediate boys class only to have it cancelled a few sessions later and have to go back to Level 1 because there's no other option, go to Elite. If you want your classes to change days/times/coaches multiple times, go to Elite. If you want your child to be pushed into a level he's not ready for because the coaches need to fill the classes to make enough money, go to Elite. If you want your son to exercise, have fun, and learn new skills with coaches that care, look elsewhere. read more

We have been attending Elite Gymnastics for over 5 years. My two boys love it and look forward to their multiple classes a week. They both started doing mommy and me classes with Coach Fred, the owner, and he is so amazing and encouraging. They then moved on to the Littles classes and had multiple coaches over the years and have loved each one of them. The coaches are patient with those young kids and as a parent I know that isn't easy especially with 6-8 of them! They both moved onto the boys rec classes and that's when their love and skill really started to be noticeable. Again, those coaches are great too! They are both now on the Pre-Team and Team and go multiple times a week for a couple hours and love it. They look forward to being with their teammates and coaches. They have grown as athletes but also as kids. Being on the team we travel to other facilities and compete in competitions and the competition we had at Elite was by far the best ran and the best seating. We also have had birthday parties here and the kids just love it. We love Elite Gymnastics! read more

My two young children have been attending a "Littles" class at Elite for several months. I am entirely impressed with their website and online presence. For me personally it is very comforting to know that a company is "tech saavy." They make it very easy to manage payments electronically and to research class options and connect with the staff. They respond to emails very quickly and professionally. I am very pleased with the instructors. I'll just say it - my three year old child is on the terrible side. I love her but even compared to other kids her age she has a hard time paying attention and waiting turns, etc. We actually put her in gymnastics to give her some structure and self discipline and to give her an outlet for her massive amounts of energy. The instructors are loving and supportive but also very "no nonsense." They set good boundaries and expect good behavior which is very good for my child. I feel that my children are learning the fundamentals of gymnastics but still having fun. They use the rings, the balance beam, do floor exercises, etc. but they balance that with more free activities like jumping on the trampoline. The teachers are really cute when the kids are stretching and they keep the energy up so that the young children stay focused. They also teach in pairs and break the class up to give each child very individual attention. I have to say that I have no criticism of Elite at this point. They seem to keep their classes very full but I think that shows that people want to send their children there due to their excellence. read more

We attended a gymnastics meet this past weekend. The meet went well however upon trying to leave the gym at the end of the meet my 26 year old daughter and I accidentally followed our team coach into a coaches only section of the gym. My daughter was approached by Fred, the owner, who did not ask calmly, but aggressively asked her to go the other way. She told him her family and coaches were up ahead and he proceeded to physically grab her by her arms and push her in a certain direction. A grown man asked her once to move and then physically put his hands on a grown women. I then intervened and yelled at him to not touch her. All he kept yelling was go the other way. Read some of the other low reviews and see he had "grabbed" other children in his gym as well. This could be a very dangerous situation for young girls. Please be aware and use caution around a man who isn't afraid to physically touch and grab a young woman right in public! read more

So my experience with Elite has been awesome! I have both my boys in gymnastics, one in boys rec. and one on team. The boost in confidence, and skills has been significantly noticeable. I contribute this mostly to the coaching staff. They are a good mix between pushing my child to be their best but still making it fun. I feel this place is a good mix of competitive and fun. I've been taking my daughter to Elite for 3 years now and it's been such a great place for her to learn true gymnast form and work on her coordination. She started at 18 months in the mommy and me class and has moved forward from there. Now that she is 4 she is really starting to become a little gymnast! She looks forward to it every week! Her favorites are the trampolines and the foam pits. I really enjoy the end of year "Elite Olympics" that they put on for all the parents. I can tell, Fred the owner, really cares for each kid and their progress throughout the levels. The coaches are awesome and work really hard to engage with the kids too!
