The weigh station is intact and many other things give a historic vibe while having been classed up with modern design. It is owned by Milieu Design so it makes sense. I was impressed by the versatility of the space. There is a large room on the south side of the building, another large room on the North with plenty of area to walk between them. What's great for events is the ability to open large train station doors on the rear (west) side of the building because it connects to a beautifully finished patio. So for events the ability to customize the layout, provide a good stroll for attendees and not feel cramped into a small space is fantastic! Perhaps the best thing is how photogenic the space can be! The dark wood, plenty of light and historic vibe makes for amazing pics. It is a great place to get engagement photos

The play structure is built wide enough that parents can follow their kids around/look for them without bothering other kids/parents. The have lots of seating areas/benches/tables. They even have the playground split in two parts, one for the bigger kids and one for the little ones (2-5yrs). Also, instead of sand on the ground to break kids falls, they have soft rubber padding which stays much cleaner than sand. Theres even a nice grassy area for picnics. Cons- None

The complimentary breakfast was superior to average hotel breakfasts. It included fresh oatmeal and toppings, fruits, yogurts, whole bottles of chocolate milk, cinnamon rolls, bagels with cream cheese and peanut butter, cereal, pancakes, sausage and eggs and more. There was a coffee machine accessible to guests at all hours of the day. The black out curtains worked well. The bad: Our keycard got demagnetized multiple times so we had to keep bringing it to the lobby to activate. It happened to other guests too. The interesting: There was a nice view of horses and cows (or one of them- I might have mistaken the animal) from the breakfast area.

The light fixtures are vibrating, it is 9:50 PM, they may have a permit, but if the police have received over 25 phone calls both the Springfield suites by Marriott and TownePlace suites by Marriott, who did not disclose to gas that this would be going on which is a whole different story after over 100 complaints if they can't negotiate and turn things down a little bit that just tells you everything you need to know about their character. There are far many other places in Logan that are much better and much more ethical. There will be a dramatic increase in similar venues and I'm sure they will be much more professional. I would stay away at all cost. if they don't care about their reputation enough to avoid pissing off guest in two hotels that tells you everything you need to know. Stay away.

Also, there website isn't updated frequently so check their Facebook page for upcoming shows. This is a small little music venue/recording studio in a historical part of Logan. Lesser known groups play here and locals, so you get to see some raw talent at its best. I came on a Friday night and when I showed up 5 minutes before the advertised time no one was there. Literally no one. But within 30 minutes about 20-30 people came. They started the show about 30 minutes late which was kind of annoying but it was all right. I would suggest showing up "fashionably late." The owner, Jet, is really nice and even came up to me between bands and started talking to me because he didn't recognize me and wanted to know if I was new. The sound guy is friendly as well. There is a bar, coffee shop, and restaurants all within walking distance so people usually hit those places up before or after the show. If you want to experience the Logan music scene, this is the place to go. They have all different types of shows from acoustic guitar playing to open mic night to heavy metal.

Kangaroo Zoo has lots of inflatables for the kids and enough space so they aren't constantly bouncing on top of each other. There are some reserved for the littlest of littles which protects them.
