Something new each morning...german pancake, apple pancakes, french toast, all amazing and they are able to accommodate any special diet needs. The room was clean, bright and the bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the fabulous space and beautiful, unique decorations and fixtures. There is a large banquet room in the back and lots of outside space for them to host events and parties. It is a great place to stay where you may have a group of folks where each room has lockable doors but you can still easily hang out of you want to. I didn't go upstairs but I believe there are 5 rooms in total. We have it booked again for next year and I hope to be lucky enough to be part of the group staying there again :).

The building may look a bit run down from the outside, but inside it is cozy, extremely clean, and comfortable. Beds all have updated mattresses, TVs have Chrome Cast, all the amenities you would expect from a restaurant. Although their primary business is an event hall (weddings and receptions) they pay close attention to the B&B and its six rooms. Breakfasts are excellent and never fail to impress.

The light fixtures are vibrating, it is 9:50 PM, they may have a permit, but if the police have received over 25 phone calls both the Springfield suites by Marriott and TownePlace suites by Marriott, who did not disclose to gas that this would be going on which is a whole different story after over 100 complaints if they can't negotiate and turn things down a little bit that just tells you everything you need to know about their character. There are far many other places in Logan that are much better and much more ethical. There will be a dramatic increase in similar venues and I'm sure they will be much more professional. I would stay away at all cost. if they don't care about their reputation enough to avoid pissing off guest in two hotels that tells you everything you need to know. Stay away.

If you need a chair while waiting for your child, they're kept in a dark hall upstairs on the south side that's being used for storage. Downstairs are their offices, the Eccles' ticket office and an art gallery for local artists. Gallery has a lot of wall art, some sculpture and pottery, and a surprising amount of jewelry. The art gallery alone is worth a stop in for a look-see. The Bullen Center is a nice home for our community arts group, but my hope is someday they outgrow it.

We had a special family event at the Lavender House, and it was a wonderful, memorable experience. I couldn't believe how impressive the garden was. So much work for two people to keep pristine. I'm attaching a few pictures from our visit. It was really intimate, no noise pollution, just peace and quiet, Our experience was really pleasant. The Lavender House is well-deserving of five stars! I wanted to edit my post because I'm in disbelief that someone wrote such a distorted review. (Sounds like they wanted to blame other people for their lack of planning!) While I was there, the business owner, Peggy, was very kind and very hard-working. She and her husband Scott made our experience very comfortable and met our every need. Thanks a bunch. I was stuck planning a…read morewhole wedding by myself and was tempted to call it quits and have a BBQ, when my mom mentioned Peggy and Scott st the Lavender House and can I just say, these people are amazing?!?! Peggy spent hours working with me to help coordinate the cake, make and set up decorations, and she even put together our arch (which was adorable btw) in the last hour, because I forgot everything about it! These guys bent over backward to make our day absolutely perfect! The gardens are AMAZING and I could not hear enough about them all night. They are so well maintained and so gorgeous, I can't imagine the amount of time spent on them. The building is always immaculate, just like the gardens, and the gift shop is fantastic (and CRAZY reasonable. Btw.) There are dried flowers picked directly from the gardens that you can buy and decorate your home with in the gift shop and they smell AMAZING. We loved our night. We loved our experience. Went in during "open bowling" and the first thing I was asked was "did I have a reservation". That kind of caught me off guard because they didn't seem that busy for a Saturday afternoon. Anyway, I did manage to get a lane, and after figuring out how to use the scoreboard properly, I had a blast until my knee gave in and I pulled a few muscles. So I only got about a game and a half in before I had to stop. I will be going back and trying them again once my knee and muscles feel like they will cooperate. Alleys are nicely maintained and overall the bowling center is clean.
