You pay them to do what you want not what they want. Make sure ahead of time before you give your time to this business. Oh I forgot to mention they even had the guts to send me a letter asking me to go elsewhere after I requested to have my work send to me so I can fix what they messed up. In today's business world there are many businesses that will actually work with you in custom printing. Investigate places first. Which admittingly, I should have before blindly believing what they told me when I first went to this place of business. In other words, they bait and switch according to their needs not yours.

Don't quite understand that - and it makes it a small hassle because if I want to print on cardstock I have to talk to them anyway to get the paper and then they load it into the self serve machine.
