So when my son was talking about getting flowers for his girlfriend for Valentine's Day, this place immediately came to mind. He went in several days ago, let them know his budget and placed an order. Imagine his surprise when he went to pick it up today and for his $30 he received a mini vase with FOUR flowers. What a huge rip off. Had he known that was what he would be getting he never would have ordered it. He ended up going to Costco to buy a real bouquet. I called the shop because the whole thing made me upset, the lady basically said they charge more because it's Valentine's Day and that they try to include premium flowers. So if you want to pay $30 for a four flower arrangement that includes "premium" flowers like chrysanthemums, then this is the place to go.

It was to be a beautiful arrangement with 2 red candles, pine cones, and Christmas pines for a dinning room center piece. As you can see in the second picture, it was "NOTHING" like the picture. I get it at Christmas you run low on things but this was the ugliest floral arrangement I have ever seen. I showed my friend who purchased it and she was stunned and so disappointed I have done floral arrangements myself professionally but a first grader could do better. There was no rhyme or reason to this arrangement. It was just bits of leftover flowers thrown together. I would never recommend this place!

Now if it was just the delivery of the flowers that was messed up it wouldnt have been a huve deal. But She also ordered purple tulips they sent me pink tulips and the card with the flowers was missing half the names that should have been on it. All together this was a huge failure. Now when my sister called she specifically asked them if they had purple tulips and the girl on the phone asked the owner and she said yes. My sister then went on to spell each name that went on the card and they still messed it up. When sister called to speak to the owner she could have cared less about it. She just kept saying the tulips are purplish. Never offered a discount or anything. I would recommend not ever using this shop.
