I have never been treated so poorly by a business. I was openly mocked by a member of the art staff and laughed off the premise by his fellow staff members. I was so shocked, that It's taken me a long time to come to terms with how I was treated there. One expects service to ebb and flow, because employees have good and bad days, but to be openly mocked? I walked in at noon on a Thursday and needed a baseball shirt with a number and name printed on it by Saturday. I thought I'd end up buying just the shirt and trying to iron on some letters at home with the short notice. The girls there not only found me the shirt in their inventory but they had it printed and back to me within a couple of hours for 1/3 of the cost of ordering online. Ordered the new uniforms for Cache Valley Lacrosse through Badger. They have the potential to look great but the sizes are wrong and many are missing numbers. Also some of the numbers are wrinkling. I'll be interested to see how they resolve thr problem. I will keep you updated! read more
