Took it back and going to another machine shop that I know will get it done in a week, Yes, I took it in a week before Labor Day 2022 and I was informed by the "Head Honcho" that more than management expected took a long weekend and they were short handed. When I picked it up I was told that they knew nothing of it while 4 were sitting in their chairs facing the table while surfing on their phones or computers. Very disappointed. They lost me as a potential customer that has many small and large machining jobs.

Brought in for an oil leak. They replaced the transfer case shaft oil seal, $1062. Engine oil…read morepan, $516 and engine oil filter housing $276. Still leaks oil so I brought to dealership and they said oil pan is still leaking and Jensen did not replace the engine oil filter housing which I was charge for. These guys are either crooked or incompetent. Either way do not use.
