Took a hydraulic pump and the coupling device in to have them build a bushing, I checked after 2…read moreweeks, the parts were still on the table. 3rd week, same story. Kept getting told that they were going to get right on it., 4th week, still there. Took it back and going to another machine shop that I know will get it done in a week, Yes, I took it in a week before Labor Day 2022 and I was informed by the "Head Honcho" that more than management expected took a long weekend and they were short handed. When I picked it up I was told that they knew nothing of it while 4 were sitting in their chairs facing the table while surfing on their phones or computers. Very disappointed. They lost me as a potential customer that has many small and large machining jobs.
