By answering a few simple questions, we decided on the treatments I would need and we set an appointment for 11/8. They ended up having a change in availability so they were able to fit me in on 11/1 instead, which I really appreciated. My technician, Taylor, was right on schedule, was friendly, and was very professional. He did an incredible job and my carpets look fantastic. I've had my carpets cleaned by a couple of other companies in the past but this is the first time I've used Zerorez. I would definitely use them again. Their service was definitely top-notch. We had more items than I expected but they accommodated the extra work without complaint. They took care of everything that we had for them and even took care of an additional large item when the buyer didn't show up. The actual bill was larger than the estimate but that was due to the additional volume that they had to move. Overall, I am satisfied with their work and feel like the price was reasonable.

The carpet cleaner and I communicated he would arrive at 8am on June 22, 2017. I am a high school teacher; this allowed for me to get to work on time because I would be his first client of the day. He texted me the morning of, saying he would arrive at 9am instead. He did not arrive until 9:30am. I had to delay going to work by a considerable amount. Immediately, he pressured me to go with a deal $300 more than he originally quoted me for the previous day. I told him no, that I wanted a normal carpet cleaning. He only cleaned for 30 minutes--I paid $250 for this. He picked up furniture and put them on my couch so he could clean the rugs, and never put the furniture back. Afterward, again, he kept pressuring me to go with a higher service, which I did not want. But because I was a single woman alone in my apartment with him, I was uncomfortable and flustered, and did not inspect too closely until after he left. Upon closer inspection, I noticed there was still soil on the carpets which should have been easily removed with a normal carpet cleaning. I also realized there was a white residue ALL over ALL my furniture from the quick cleaning, including a handmade mirror my late grandfather made. I contacted him and asked if he could return to complete the job. He refused and said he would return only if I paid him more. I merely wanted the job I paid for him to do to be done. He then sent me a slew of offensive, unprofessional texts. He even accused me of faking being Deaf. I AM a Deaf person. He wrote: "I thought you were deaf and needed my help that's why I went the extra mile" What extra mile? Is he referring to having to write down what he was saying? Because that IS what you have to do when you have a Deaf customer--that's not going the extra mile. When I called Chem-Dry customer service to address this issue, they said there was nothing they could do, except to try contacting him. They were unable to provide any sort of resolution, and this is unacceptable. I was harassed via text message and given horrible service. I know Chem-Dry operates as a franchise, but the parent company needs to be responsible for the business as a whole. I will tell people to NEVER get a carpet cleaning from Chem-Dry and will happily recommend other businesses.

Three young guys, only one with any moving experience. Thus constant conferences to determine how to load the truck. Which led to repeated unloading and reloading. The owner brought blankets after the truck was half loaded and acted like that made everything Ck. I have some nice furniture that was either scratched dented or marred in some way. The owner is brash and his only concern is how much money he can make. I have used other movers and this company is by far the worst. Buyer beware.
