We called and called, he (actually his wife on the phone) kept saying he'd come fix it. Nope!! Never showed so we would not pay. He took us to court and his friend (cover up construction) showed up in court and said "that's not the way I do it but that doesn't mean it's wrong". So the judge found in favor of him, saying siding is like hiring an artist.. just because you don't like it, doesn't mean you don't have to pay! apparently there is "no standard" for the industry . We had to pay and he refused to fix it right. So... we have a terrible job that we paid for and he doesn't care that he did a crap job and put his name on something so terrible . We also paid a higher cost for better siding that would not fade... Wrong! Lots of fading!! Don't hire this guy he doesn't take pride in his work and he's a jerk to deal with.

The carpet cleaner and I communicated he would arrive at 8am on June 22, 2017. I am a high school teacher; this allowed for me to get to work on time because I would be his first client of the day. He texted me the morning of, saying he would arrive at 9am instead. He did not arrive until 9:30am. I had to delay going to work by a considerable amount. Immediately, he pressured me to go with a deal $300 more than he originally quoted me for the previous day. I told him no, that I wanted a normal carpet cleaning. He only cleaned for 30 minutes--I paid $250 for this. He picked up furniture and put them on my couch so he could clean the rugs, and never put the furniture back. Afterward, again, he kept pressuring me to go with a higher service, which I did not want. But because I was a single woman alone in my apartment with him, I was uncomfortable and flustered, and did not inspect too closely until after he left. Upon closer inspection, I noticed there was still soil on the carpets which should have been easily removed with a normal carpet cleaning. I also realized there was a white residue ALL over ALL my furniture from the quick cleaning, including a handmade mirror my late grandfather made. I contacted him and asked if he could return to complete the job. He refused and said he would return only if I paid him more. I merely wanted the job I paid for him to do to be done. He then sent me a slew of offensive, unprofessional texts. He even accused me of faking being Deaf. I AM a Deaf person. He wrote: "I thought you were deaf and needed my help that's why I went the extra mile" What extra mile? Is he referring to having to write down what he was saying? Because that IS what you have to do when you have a Deaf customer--that's not going the extra mile. When I called Chem-Dry customer service to address this issue, they said there was nothing they could do, except to try contacting him. They were unable to provide any sort of resolution, and this is unacceptable. I was harassed via text message and given horrible service. I know Chem-Dry operates as a franchise, but the parent company needs to be responsible for the business as a whole. I will tell people to NEVER get a carpet cleaning from Chem-Dry and will happily recommend other businesses.

This item weighted between 500 and 600 pounds but two guys used moving straps to lift it, moved it up two short staircases, and out to their truck. Then they delivered it to the center. I thought I might have to sell the house with this item in place but these guys rescued me. They didn't complain about the work; just got the job done. The price was very reasonable too.
