They did credit us $40 for a bench of our dining table they broke, but assured us he'd fix it and he said he did, then we sat on it 2 days later and it literally collapsed to the floor on my husband whose 6", 180 lbs (a skinny guy), so it was not only severely scratched up but ruined and this was a table & 2 benches we paid $850 for just 1.5 years ago. Then we noticed 2 living room type chairs were wobbly/loose. Then we had a side table's leg fall off and the table fell within 1" of our 5 months head... I hope they're thankful my lawyer father isn't drawing up a lawsuit this minute had it even scratched our son upon falling. Then we had another side table/nightstand whose leg ALSO broke off when we just picked it up to move it to another room. The 3 silver bar stool chairs got extremely scratched up, very noticeably. The entry table with 2 little drawers is now excessively loose at the top as if it could come straight off. I initially gave a great review the day of, but clearly this was a rush job not done well and very careless. Wish we had moved ourselves. I understand I signed a waiver for possible damage, which I would understand for 1 or maybe 2 items of minimal damage, but this is beyond excessive damage, the cost to repair all these items are over $1000 so will be updating my initial review to reflect these issues, warn others & reporting to the BBB

I have a ton of stuff, and most of my boxes were either really heavy, or fragile. I was surprised at how fast and efficient they were, they made it look really easy. All the movers I've looked into are priced about the same, I feel like their price was fair, and so worth it - this is the best and easiest moving day I have ever had. Kyler was friendly and easy to schedule with, his quote was spot on, and I got detailed price breakdowns and receipts. Thanks so much Taron and Tony!

Extremely Unprofessional -- Avoid HAULA Movers (Owner: Alex Coombs)…read more I strongly caution anyone considering HAULA Movers in Utah. Our experience was incredibly frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. We had a confirmed contract and scheduled move time of 9:00 AM. When that time came and went, no one showed up and we were unable to reach anyone for several hours. Calls went unanswered, messages were ignored, and there was zero communication from the company. After hours of trying to get ahold of someone, we finally received a text message stating they were "trying to find somebody." That alone should have been a major red flag -- a moving company should not be scrambling to find movers at the last minute for a confirmed job. Over six hours late, two gentlemen finally arrived in a rented U-Haul truck. They informed us they were contracted, not actual employees. More concerning, they would not admit if they were licensed, insured, or bonded -- just two individuals who came to move all my items. They wouldn't confirm if they had a company. Even worse, the owner, Alex Coombs, refused to answer calls, blatantly ignored messages, and provided no explanation, no apology, and no communication whatsoever throughout the entire situation. As of today Haula Movers has a C- rating with the BBB due to unanswered complaints. Haula Movers also has several other reviews remarking that they too suffered no shows and an owner that "ghosts" any negative feedback. The owner is affiliated with several other half-baked companies; which have plenty of negative reviews. This experience showed: * No reliability * No professionalism * No communication * No accountability When you hire a moving company, you expect professionalism and dependability. HAULA Movers delivered neither. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company and choosing any alternative!

In the claim they offered $100 because I did not have a RECEIPT for the mirror. Our estimate was also underestimated, and we were given an approximately $5,000 overage bill, when the truck arrived from SLC to WA MANY items were broken and mis-labeled and most were due to shotty packing and fragile items in boxes with heavy items. We needed an overflow truck due to the underestimated load and when the overflow truck finally arrived several items were missing, on the obvious items my husband immediately called Lincoln and told him, he said he would check with the people who shared the truck but never found the items and when I placed a claim on the other items that we eventually noticed were missing the comment from the claims department was we signed the bill-of-lading when the truck was emptied so we could not place a claim on missing items, I suppose we should have had the driver/movers sit in our driveway for weeks as we unpacked all the boxes. Horrible customer service and lack of responsibility. I also wish I would have gone with the more expensive bid that we received because Baileys cost us much more than the next affordable option, plus they broke an item that had extreme sentimental value and many more items. I caution anyone considering them for their move especially if you are requiring help packing, they also counted the majority of the box that we personally packed in the cost estimate.

To ensure total safety, I purchased Maximum Value Protection ($72,296.00 declared value) and paid a $533.18 premium specifically for this coverage. The TV was professionally "Carrier Packed" (CP) by Bailey's team into a specialized TV carton. Upon delivery from SIT on Feb 7, 2026, the TV was found to be non-functional. Despite reporting this within 3 days and having paid for the highest level of insurance, Bailey's has rejected the claim. The Facts: - Paid for Protection: I am not asking for $0.60/lb; I paid a $533 premium for Full Value replacement. - Professional Packing: Bailey's packed the item themselves in their own specialized carton. A replacement 77-inch LG OLED currently costs between $2,000-$3,200. Bailey's has taken my insurance premium but refuses to provide the coverage I paid for. Prospective customers: Be warned that "Maximum Value Protection" with this company may be a meaningless expense.
