I waited a week after my carpets were cleaned to see if any of the stain areas would reappear. THEY DID NOT! They kept in constant contact about their arrival time and appointment conformation, very professional. They did a fantastic job, i wish now i had done before and after photo's. I don't have pets just 21 grand kids and family gatherings with high traffic area and stains. They used corner protectors and helped move a few small items out of the way for me. It was semi dry to the touch already when done and they brought fans. The price was definitely fair$! I highly recommend their carpet services! I will be using them AGAIN. Thank you to Alan and his team for making this experience as painless as possible. I went online and made an appointment that got us scheduled within a couple of days of my deadline. I got email and text reminders. Alan is such a nice person..helpful and knowledgeable. Our new-to-us home had several serious mystery spots and he was able to remove nearly all of them!
