I came from out of town and was worried I wouldn't be able to get the quality in such a short time, they were able to work magic and get it to me within 3 days! I was able to give the picture of the my friend and her now husband as a wedding present, and it was definitely something that the maid of honor could be proud of. I actually found out about this place through a family member who lives in the area. Was worth every penny, and my friend was ecstatic! 10/10 Would use their services again... They sent us home with the second canvas that was incorrect and then refused to give us the third one because we didn't know we were supposed to bring back the incorrect one so they could cut it up and throw it away. They were printed well, they look fine, it was just an incorrect size. But, their customer service is atrocious. Just wanted to support local business, but I'd rather go back to online and be treated better.

Customer service from the Manager, Hayley, was terrible! I was there just to mail a shopping return…read moreand was told to give her my ID. When I asked why and said that I was not comfortable having my ID details entered into the computer. She continued typing my details in the system and responded extremely rudely. "It is required in case you are mailing a bomb or something." She said it was required and I couldn't mail if I didn't do it. Interesting that this is not required at USPS. I've worked in customer service for over a decade and even if that is true the way she spoke to me was appaling. Back to USPS.
