Initially, went here for printing books. At first it started our good, but as time went on with…read morechanges requested the employees started acting weird as if I was not paying for services rendered even after I PAID for what I asked for. Then to top it off my cover design had changed in colors that was not asked for, leading to me biting my tongue but being firm in my descions what I wanted and not what they wanted. So would I return no - but I would strongly recommend if you use this business be diligent and inquire exactly what you desire in results from them. You pay them to do what you want not what they want. Make sure ahead of time before you give your time to this business. Oh I forgot to mention they even had the guts to send me a letter asking me to go elsewhere after I requested to have my work send to me so I can fix what they messed up. In today's business world there are many businesses that will actually work with you in custom printing. Investigate places first. Which admittingly, I should have before blindly believing what they told me when I first went to this place of business. In other words, they bait and switch according to their needs not yours.

I usually go to the South Logan Zagg but I only had a 20 minutes until a doctors appt so I decided…read moreto visit the North Logan Zagg store. What a huge mistake, there were only 3 people in the store and one employee (a younger boy) when I went in ( no greeting ) as he finished up with a young man in the store he finally addressed me. I believe he said I'll be a minute and went over to a young lady who had been there when I came in which was fine since she was there before me. He checked on something going on with backing up her phone and then came back over to assist me in replacing my screen protector that I had dropped and cracked. I've never felt like more of an unwanted customer. He said it would be $12.00 and I told him I usually go to the South Logan Zagg store and they charge me $10.00. He didn't bother to explain that the price had gone up ( if that is the case ) since I last visited my regular Zagg store and he made it seem like replacing my screen protector was something he would rather not be doing with his time. I will never visit the North Logan store again. Whenever I go to the South Logan store I am always welcomed in and I am treated almost as if I am family ( on the good side ). I have never felt unwelcome at any other store except the North Logan store.
