I have recently been going here to do some online returns. It normally is pretty smooth. The last two times I've had to unpackage my box and they count it before re-packaging and sending it. I thought that was kind of weird? And it takes a lot more time...i just like to go in and out! But it is nice that they are able to process and send returns. read more

Consistently have received low quality products here. I went to return some thing that I bought for $20 and so they gave me back a gift card for $4.77. So I bought a drink with it and I guess they kept the other $1.30. Realize I probably could've sold the thing online for more but I couldn't redo that transaction. There system also never was able to update my loyalty number or bring up any transactions. read more

I ordered went to the store to get a calculator but they were out of stock. No biggy, right? Well, they told me that they could order it to my home or the store and since I love close, I asked for it to be ordered to the store. I was with them at the computer when they did the whole transaction and then they gave me the receipt. They then advised me I would either get it the next day or the day after. Well, 4 days later, I still don't have it. I went in on the second day after ordering it assuming it would be there by then and they told me that it wasn't there but would call or email me when it arrived. On day 4, I called the store to which they seemed confused and sent me to customer service. Customer service put me through the ringer and finally "resolved" the situation by telling me that I could order the calculator over the phone now and get it in about 4-5 days. I told them I already did all of this in the store and they just told me that the order wasn't complete on my end. Weird because I did everything the store clerks told me to do and then they sent me on my way. I also never received a call, text, or email (main inbox and junk mail) telling me that I needed to do more on my end. Not sure where the disconnect is but I needed that calculator yesterday for an exam I am taking in 2 days and will have to express order on Amazon with hopes to get it soon. I also expressed these frustrations (calmly) to the customer service representative who just kept telling me it was not complete but that I could give him my card information and complete it now. I said that this doesn't resolve my issue and that I would need to take my business elsewhere. He told me he understood and wished me a good day. The end. read more

I travel for work quite a bit because I am in the roofing sales business. I am extremely impressed with the staff at this location especially David. He has made me feel like I am important and is super efficient with my print needs. This staff here makes a huge difference compared to other locations that I had to visit with the state. read more

It's hard for me to go here without noticing how high their prices are on everything. Their staff is grateful to help you out, but are often very busy and you have to usually wait 2-3 minutes after asking someone before they will come help you. Not that they're with another customer, but they employee was working on something and didn't want to drop what they were doing. I think it may be a cultural thing at this particular store, but it is frustrating to have had this experience time and time again. The worst thing I've bought here was a cardboard box for shipping. Never again will I pay $17 for a single 24x24x18 box when I can get it for 1/8th the price at ULine. The only things I like to get at staples are the sale items they place on the tables by the entrance. Everything else, I don't generally want to buy there unless I'm in a pinch. The checkers have always been friendly, and worked to help check me out as quickly as possible. read more

I have utilized the copy center at Staples many times since moving to Cache Valley from Canada. They have been highly professional and so helpful with all of the many projects I have needed their help with. Dave always goes above and beyond for any unique project I have. Hey reviewers, this is important to consider for our local employees of Staples. If you have an average experience or need to leave a detailed review for other shoppers to be aware, that's perfect. However, if an employee asks you to fill out an online survey, please understand that it is pass/fail. Any rating *other than* 10 will result in a fail. This is an unfortunate corporate decision and affects the employees as well as the survival of the Logan storefront. So please give feedback as I'm sure they would like you too. I needed some last-minute business cards to take with me to a networking conference. I was thrilled to find that Staples provides same-day service! Turns out they were almost the business cards that weren't and had they been, I would have left a not so nice review. But Shawna, the Sales and Service Manager realized there was a problem and stepped in and saved the day! She made sure I left with the business cards I needed in a format I needed them in AND she took the time to teach her employees about problem-solving and good customer service along the way. Normally our company orders through the Staples Advantage website, but every time I have to deal with our local branch, I am highly disappointed. Their phone manners are severely lacking, I always feel like I have interrupted them in something much more important and that they are doing everything they can to just get me off the phone. If you go in to the store and ask for help, you may or may not be helped when it's convenient for them. More likely than not, they will say "I'll be with you in just a moment", and then disappear into the back and not return. I had to call them specifically to ask about a product, and they tried to say that because our company usually orders through Staples Advantage that they couldn't answer any questions. I tried to explain that I wasn't trying to order anything yet, that I just had questions about the PRODUCT, and was rudely told to research it online myself and they hung up. If Logan had an alternative office supply store, I would make sure they got our business instead... read more

I have lived in Logan for 4 years now and yet to have an enjoyable experience here. Today I went in for a calendar, there were barely any prices on anything. A woman that worked there saw I was trying to find things and just walked by me after stopping to look at me. What?? I've worked in customer service and this place has always been poor! Slow slow slow, they did not have people at check out, bad service not a good experience.

I went to get a few important documents printed. The self-printing machine was having issues and a kind employee offered assistance. She had to help other customers and so this older gentleman employee came to help me as well. There were numerous issues with the printer reading my power-point and it took longer than it ever has to get things working. And the printer ended up printing my documents multiple times! However, I was understanding as it definitely wasn't the employees' fault and I understand that things like this happen. However, this very kind gentleman gave me a warm smile and said, "I'm not charging you today. Have a nice day." I offered to pay and he refused. This was the slowest service I have ever gotten, but also the kindest. I am not just saying this because they didn't have me pay, but even from the start of our interactions they were so kind. That gentleman -I wish I got his name- was what this world needs more of and he is doing an amazing job representing your company. The young woman was also very kind and helpful. I have never been more pleased with a service and I am recommending Staples to everyone I know from now on. They were both working at the printing station around 2:30 pm on 8/12/19. Amazing service and huge selection. The price is a little bit high, but I have purchased some expensive telephone equipment there for our business. Huge selection of software and telephone equipment. The computers and keyboards are very similar to Best Buy a few stores down. They do price match, but not online prices. read more
