As we reread the article that we wanted published we noticed some spelling errors. We called the Herold journal twice and got no answer, we left messages both times. Some guy finally called back and was one of the rudest persons I've ever talked to. We told him we had sent in a milestone and that we needed him to disregard it because of some spelling errors. He said he would and said to send in another and write what day we wanted it to run in the paper. We did all that and got the paper on Saturday November 17th and low and behold no 100th birthday milestone was in the paper. We waited until the following Tuesday thinking that it would be in then but no such luck. We went down to the Herold Journal to talk to someone but the building was lock up tight and a sign that read call this number for an appointment. Called the number and no answer. The Herold Journal is one of the most worthless pieces of print that I have ever read. I would not waste my money on this paper.

It turns out I was wrong and needed to exchange it for the same grill but gas. The box was never opened. Blackstone Retail Store in Logan, Utah refused to exchange my order. They would not even send me a free return slip. The grill was $199. I had to pay $118 to ship it back to them from Charleston, SC. I also have to pay a restocking fee of 10%! Not a way to do business and retain loyal customers! Do not buy from this store and do not buy Blackstone products. I work in a hospital and am a member of several national groups. I am telling everyone that this company sucks and does not deserve our business.

They have never answered their customer support line and any email response I get back is either automated or from an individual that says they want to help me but as soon as I reply back to that individual they are gone. I have done that via email at least six times and no one is getting to the bottom of my issue. Again I love their products... Recently bought two in the last 30 days but I will never buy another Blackstone product because of the lack of support. After paying almost $600 for a cleaning the stains were still there. I put some cleaner on the stains and baking soda on top and the baking soda is pulling the stain out. See photos. Yes it's pretty gross after a cleaning. Then I used my Bissel shampooer in a couple of spot and the water it pulled out was black.
