So we will have to take that little gem at face value and talk about the things we DO know. First, they build a great computer for a guy like me. Our family uses it for things like storage, taxes, some light gaming, and uses that are becoming more and more outdated. They do it what I believe to be a reasonable price and I have never left unhappy about my purchases. My favorite thing about this store is the customer service. I believe they truly "love you" and take care of the folks spending money here. Friendly from the time you drop off your old door-stop to the time you walk out with it repaired or a new P.C. Other computer shops have been very, very condescending when I admit I have little to no knowledge and ask them to "dumb it down" for me. Not PC Laptops, they chuckle and break it down to the lowest common denominator for me. I like that. So I will continue to not know how to build a computer and keep coming back here for my PC needs.

When I followed up, they claimed, "the item we received was not the item that was shipped." I've since filed a report with the FTC. Buyer beware--my experience with Expercom has been extremely disappointing and feels like a complete scam.

It's been that way for roughly 20 years...even before REVO started as a spin-off from "Software & More" there in Holliday. The PC consultant there from Software & More, Jerry, who helped build us our first custom desktop back in the early 2000s started his own company in Cottonwood Heights called REVO Technologies when S&M went out of business. We purchased our second gaming/workstation "Stryker" desktop from him eight years ago...AND a 17" "Falcon" gaming desktop as well for my personal use. Despite a few glitches/bugs here and there, both of these last two PCs have been performing admirably...as we've continued to patronize REVO for upgrades, repair, and tuning. The most recent purchase last week was for my wife's "Stryker" desktop which needed some Win10 tweaks due to some mistakes I made last spring with User Account Control and administrative privileges... oops. I dropped the desktop off with Chris - the repair tech - on Monday last week and by late afternoon he had it finished, updated, cleaned, and working like a top! I paid for the diagnostics/repair ($70) and the tuning/cleaning service ($70) which eliminated all of the nasty dust that had collected on the inside of the tower case. Yuk...but money well spent! We got it back home and the new Canon MF753Cdw color Laserjet All-in-One printer drivers installed perfectly. My wife is back in business! Woo-hoo. As in the past, excellent service from Jerry, Chris, and the pros at REVO. Well done, and again Five Stars for responsive and accurate service.

Bought an Insignia TV on 10/27/25. Audio stopped working on 11/14/25 (18 days). Returned it to the…read morestore 11/22/25 and they said it was already outside their return policy, but still under manufacturer warranty. (BestBuy owns Insignia). Only option was to sent the tv back to Insignia to have them repair or replace. Will take 3-4 weeks. In the meantime, I accidentally left my wall mount bracket on the tv and tried calling the store to get that bracket removed so I could come pick it up. Called the local Logan # 5 times and it kept routing me to people in another country who could not help me. Finally got so angry I demanded to talk with the Logan store manage and they finally routed me to the store voicemail. Lousy customer service, lousy policies, lousy communication.

Our tech, Cameron, brought our computer back today. Both he and the owner reported that our computer worked fine at the store. As it turned out the chord which connects the computer to the power was broken. It was replaced immediately by the owner, who drove the part to our home. We were not charged for the visit and our computer works very well now. The only concern was the grounding from our wires in the house. (Old house) I am so grateful for the business not giving up on our equipment or us. A personal apology to the business for my original angry review. This is the real one!
