Then to top it off my cover design had changed in colors that was not asked for, leading to me biting my tongue but being firm in my descions what I wanted and not what they wanted. You pay them to do what you want not what they want. Make sure ahead of time before you give your time to this business. Oh I forgot to mention they even had the guts to send me a letter asking me to go elsewhere after I requested to have my work send to me so I can fix what they messed up. In today's business world there are many businesses that will actually work with you in custom printing. Investigate places first. Which admittingly, I should have before blindly believing what they told me when I first went to this place of business. In other words, they bait and switch according to their needs not yours.

Ralph knew his stuff and was able to fix my wife's computer all for way cheaper than I was quoted by other places. He was fast too! He even added a few extra things with no extra cost. They certainly aren't convectional or what you might expect as far as computer people go, but they are perfectly honest and will work with you to get the best service at an incredible value. I've never run into a problem that Curt or Jason haven't seen before. I wouldn't trust anyone else to touch my computer or laptop.
