When I asked why and said that I was not comfortable having my ID details entered into the computer. She continued typing my details in the system and responded extremely rudely. "It is required in case you are mailing a bomb or something." She said it was required and I couldn't mail if I didn't do it. Interesting that this is not required at USPS. I've worked in customer service for over a decade and even if that is true the way she spoke to me was appaling. Back to USPS.

At first I tried the online services of UPS/Fedex to send in my order, but they would not allow double sided orders for some reason. I gave up on getting the order done on time, but as a last gasp I reached out to Printink. I got the online order through, I got a call first thing in the morning and then they delivered my order to the location I needed the material at for a nominal fee.
