Hotels have some services, but they always want to return it to you after 6pm the next day, which never works because you typically need laundry the second to last or last day, long before 6pm. That's on top of being way more expensive and a bigger hassle than you ever get with Foam! The owner reached out to me and ensured that I had a spectacular experience. On a random weeknight, someone came and picked up my bags of laundry at 8pm, and I had it back and was wearing it 4 hours later. I'm a Foam-er for life now!

I contacted the manager, Doug Kirk and he asked me to give them 6 more weeks, because losing or giving clothes to another person happens often. After that time elapsed I initiated a call back to Doug to see what was going on. He asked for the receipts and said that I would receive a reimbursement by that Friday or the following Wednesday. I called Doug back and was told that he would have to check with the accounting department and promised that I would receive a reimbursement within another week. I waited 2 weeks - no reimbursement and no call back from Doug. I tried and tried to get in touch with Doug for another week (leaving messages). Finally, he answered my call and told me that he would again have to call the accounting department, but it may take 8 weeks. That was yesterday, August 19th. He gave me an email address (logan@yourvalet.com) to send them the dress shirt purchase receipts. I have never been treated like this before. 3 months and waiting is an unacceptable business practice. Will I be using Superior Cleaning in Logan UT again? Will I recommend this business? Some are normal sized washers and dryers who need quarters to work. I think it is $3.25 per washer and the dyer is .25 for seven minutes. They also have larger washers and dryers and you can download an app and pay them with your phone. I only had a $20.00 bill but the change machine gave the change. As far as the restrooms and music goes it was fine. I go at night so maybe it is different in the morning but I don't think so. The bathrooms are open and very clean. The music is older rock, nothing strange.

I'm sorry this review is a year late but I've been trying to get a picture of the dress to include with this review but my daughter is a busy mother of two and hasn't found the time to get a picture for me. Sorry, take my word that it was a complicated job and that I would trust them with anything else that I need cleaned and or repaired.

A couple minutes later he returned to inform me they hadn't even started cleaning it. I had them return my coat, uncleaned, because they can't, or probably won't do the work they promise. Do yourself a big favor, find a cleaner that actually cares about their customers and doesn't make up excuses why they won't do the job. I know I'll never give them my business again.
