I had a fantastic experience with A+ Appliance. My dryer stopped working. Got a quote from another local appliance and A+ Appliance and A+ Appliance's quote for a service call was $30 cheaper. That was the start to a good experience! I called and quickly got an appointment set up for two days later. They give a two hour window and Adam arrived right in the middle of that window. I told him the issue and started explaining what I thought it was from my own research. He never once acted annoyed or frustrated with me speaking my mind about what I thought or with me standing over him the whole time he was working. He quickly found the issue and had the part ready to install with him (it was a pretty simple fix). He then took the time to check over the other parts and cleaned up everything to make sure they would continue to work well (this is like a 20 year old dryer). He put everything back how it was before. I will definitely call him again if we have any issues with appliances.

They showed up on-time, quickly assessed the task, and started their work. This item weighted between 500 and 600 pounds but two guys used moving straps to lift it, moved it up two short staircases, and out to their truck. Then they delivered it to the center. I thought I might have to sell the house with this item in place but these guys rescued me. They didn't complain about the work; just got the job done. The price was very reasonable too. I highly recommend this company.

Got back to me quickly, and came out to give a bid that same night. Price proposed was excellent, and they were able to come within just a couple days for the service call. Communication was great (and professional) when they needed to reschedule their arrival time. Work was done fast, professionally, and well. And, when work wasn't as much as anticipated, we weren't even charged the full bid amount--honest and ethical workmen. We're already having them come back to do a second job for us. Highly recommend.

We had our carpets and couches cleaned. We were told the carpets would be dry in 2-4 hours but…read moreinstead they were still drying 24 hours later. Our couches are from Ashley Furniture and worth well over $2,000 (which we verified with their store in Layton). The technician's machine broke down in the middle of cleaning the couches, so the couches were left soaking wet with water for days. Later I looked at the couch tags and saw a cleaning code labeled 'S' and researched online. They are to be dry cleaned and can't be cleaned with water, nor can they be saturated. The couches were ripping at the seams and had loose threading all over the place. They are completely ruined, which the owner acknowledged after he came back out and tried to fix the problem. The owner insulted our intelligence and didn't make things right. DO NOT use this company! Read the reviews for other companies on this site and go with a highly-rated company if you want it done right w/o the headache we've suffered.
