My daughter on 6/8/23 during the daytime was doing multi loads because lice were found in her subsidized apartments. every pillow, sheet, comforters, mattress pads, bathroom rugs, 16 towels, stuffed animals, and children's clothing as well as that of the single mom of 3 entire wardrobe were stolen by one greedy lady driving a late model dark Jeep Grand Cherokee , when my daughter stepped out to check on her kids in a nearby motel and get a bite to eat. What the lady left behind or couldn't grab was bagged and out in a storeroom so others could use the dryers . We have had to our out almost $300 to help her replace things. Not to worry. She was caught on camera, as well as the licence plate... so hopefully the police will get her! Karma is coming!

I've been to a couple of others and they don't even compete. The machines are always kept clean, the bathrooms are super clean and the whole place is just kept really nice. I give it a 4 star because the only thing I would complain about is how high the prices have gone up since I've been coming. It's definitely not horrible and I don't mind too much since it's really well-kept.

I said trying to get my laundry soap pods to come apart. They were stuck together because I got some water from my hand in the bag the last time I did laundry and it only takes a drop of water before the pod starts to dissolve and stick to one another she walked out and looked at the bag and said I've never even heard of them sticking together. I was embarrassed, mad, none of it made any sense and their dryers do not dry well and I felt like my clothes were still dirty. I don't recommend this place.

Something worth mentioning, however, is if you don't have a residential parking permit between Aug. 1 & May 31, you can be cited, per city signs posted all around the building on both sides if the streets. There is no on-site parking available, only street parking. I was in town for an event & was not aware of this until I arrived. I suppose there's a good reason for it, but now I'll know not to visit here except June or July, hence the minus one star.

Some are normal sized washers and dryers who need quarters to work. I think it is $3.25 per washer and the dyer is .25 for seven minutes. They also have larger washers and dryers and you can download an app and pay them with your phone. I only had a $20.00 bill but the change machine gave the change. As far as the restrooms and music goes it was fine. I go at night so maybe it is different in the morning but I don't think so. The bathrooms are open and very clean. The music is older rock, nothing strange.

Strangely, there's another o-town laundromat (adams av) about 2 blocks west on the same street. I used to go to that one and it was OK but it was always more crowded (inside and in the parking lot), there's fewer machines that seemed of lower quality and/or older and only one small picnic table type thing for a "folding area". The 24th st location has multiple very large high tables for folding and seems about 4-5 times the square footage with fewer patrons. Parking is also easier as you can park on the street right out front or in the parking lot that suspiciously never seems to have cars in it whenever I go. Don't know why I spent so much time reviewing a laundromat...

Crappiest laundromat I've ever been to Honestly, Eden can…read moredo much better. It only has 3 small washers and 3 dryers. I manage several vacation rental properties in the area so when we need to bring laundry to a laundromat, it's because we're washing bulky comforters and need to get 8+ loads done at a time. This place is not clean at all. The soap dispensers are built up with soap and fabric softener. There is dirt build up around the seal of the washer lid. When I added bleach into the respective place, it immediately poured the bleach straight into the washer, right onto the sheets causing bleach spots. I ended up having to replace those sheets. It doesn't wait to add the bleach with water or even until you've started the washer. I might as well have just poured the bleach right into the washing machine myself. After the wash cycle had been completed entirely, I removed the items I was washing and it didn't even spin them out all the way. The items were dripping and heavy with water. It left a big puddle on the floor. I decided not to even attempt to use the dryers and to just take the wet items 15 minutes down the canyon to a better laundromat to dry and continue washing the other 6 loads of laundry I had to do. The machines don't take debit card. There is a change machine outside in the back of the building but no ATM so come prepared with enough cash. The small washers cost .75¢ more per load than other laundromats in Ogden. I would not recommend wasting any time or money at this place. The bathroom is also disgusting and the place is just falling apart. For anyone that wants to invest in a business, I would recommend opening up a newer, better, updated laundromat in Eden. It would quickly put this place out of business.

Not as clean as touted. Also, when I used this place last year I only saw 2 attendants and that was once each in the evening.
