It tells you you can customize the amount, but then it won't let you customize the dollar amount so you could potentially be left with money in the account that you can't get back. I had 75 cent left in the app and requested a refund and closed account, letting them know I can't come here again (I don't live in the state), but all they did was give me a bonus 75 cents for a laundromat I'll never be able to go to again. Be aware of the CleanPay app. If you don't put the exact amount you need, you won't get your money back, they only credit your account.

Something worth mentioning, however, is if you don't have a residential parking permit between Aug. 1 & May 31, you can be cited, per city signs posted all around the building on both sides if the streets. There is no on-site parking available, only street parking. I was in town for an event & was not aware of this until I arrived. I suppose there's a good reason for it, but now I'll know not to visit here except June or July, hence the minus one star.

Some are normal sized washers and dryers who need quarters to work. I think it is $3.25 per washer and the dyer is .25 for seven minutes. They also have larger washers and dryers and you can download an app and pay them with your phone. I only had a $20.00 bill but the change machine gave the change. As far as the restrooms and music goes it was fine. I go at night so maybe it is different in the morning but I don't think so. The bathrooms are open and very clean. The music is older rock, nothing strange.

I contacted the manager, Doug Kirk and he asked me to give them 6 more weeks, because losing or giving clothes to another person happens often. After that time elapsed I initiated a call back to Doug to see what was going on. He asked for the receipts and said that I would receive a reimbursement by that Friday or the following Wednesday. I called Doug back and was told that he would have to check with the accounting department and promised that I would receive a reimbursement within another week. I waited 2 weeks - no reimbursement and no call back from Doug. I tried and tried to get in touch with Doug for another week (leaving messages). Finally, he answered my call and told me that he would again have to call the accounting department, but it may take 8 weeks. That was yesterday, August 19th. He gave me an email address (logan@yourvalet.com) to send them the dress shirt purchase receipts. I have never been treated like this before. 3 months and waiting is an unacceptable business practice. Will I be using Superior Cleaning in Logan UT again? Will I recommend this business? Will I tell everyone I know about this experience? Rating: Customer Service - terrible. Quality is abysmal.

He was so very kind and quick to find a solution to my problems! Overall it was a great experience just because of the willingness to solve the problem, very quickly too and met me closer to my location! It could of very possibly just been a problem with the dryer I used as well it looked like everyone that had been their in my duration of time being there was very satisfied though! Not to mention the place had smelt good and was overall very very clean bathroom and all! They also offered a vending machine with snacks which was nice!
