this is a clean laundromat they have different ways to get changed. It's not easy doing laundry during travel I smell the machines if they smell like mildew I don't go there and these machines don't smell like mildew. I did wash my clothes with 12% hydrogen peroxide added so all the washing machines I used are cleaned for mildew if there was any. It's a good location. read more

We travel and use laundromats in our travels. This place is very clean and has a great selection of machines to use. When we travel through this area again we would definitely return. A little higher price than what we are used to, but would recommend to others. read more

If I could give zero stars to this place I would. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST LAUNDROMAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!!!! The washer wasted my money and there are way to many machines are out of order. My washer, the $4 a load kind, didn't rinse the water out of my clothes. So they were soaked! There was actually standing water in the washer after it was done. If you look at the photos, I added pictures of this disgusting place. You can see all the water in the washer and on the floor! I also added pictures of some of the things that were out of order so you can see for yourself. This last week I tried the Speed Queen App at Jags Laudromat and it was so easy. I was able to load money onto my account and then no need for quarters. I got notified when the washers was almost done and could even add time to the dryer when I was not at the laundromat. It even looks like there are bonuses for using the app. All around a great experience in a clean, friendly, and easily accessible laundromat. I hate doing laundry-Thanks for making it more convenient. read more

Still my favorite laundry! There's a new place in Pocatello and although I gave them a try ~ I returned to Jag's. They have a maintenance person that stays on top of issues. They keep the inside of their machines clean and they respond to any problems quickly. Floors and counters are clean and the bathroom is always stocked and clean. Keep up the great work! read more

This laundry is the best on Pocatello. I forgot my clothes on the laundry and the laundry closed. My flight was almost two hours before departing. Not coming here again! Went in the do some laundry and the owner or whatever they are were coming in the clean the place. The male owner with white hair was in a terrible mood, making feel really uncomfortable to be there. He was cussing, slamming trash cans around and just being aggressive with their clean materials. Sweeping and complaining about how dirty the place was. I understand you're frustrated with the mess but it doesn't mean to lash out when you're upset bad customer service, plus acting that way with kids around. I guess they don't care to realize their mistakes wrong with place and not interacting with guests or help them out when in need, they just have their headphones on n bitch around. While they were cleaning the floors sweeping and mopping there wasn't any floor signs at all. read more

Lost 2.25 b/c soap instructions said add before putting in clothes and mix with water. Once door to washer is closed there is no way to open. Machine # 315 is now very clean after a cycle with no clothing in it read more

I'm not impressed today I use the large washer $6.50 to wash for blankets when they were done they were soaking wet I had to wring them out before putting them in the dryer the dryer then cost me almost $8 because the blankets were too wet the other washer sucked I had to throw away a pair of white pants there was a big stain on there that was not there when I came in I also had to throw away light a blue blouse the washers did not even wash my clothes right and they are also very wet I'm taking them home to hang them I will never be back here again I called the manager and he hung up on me I then tried to call two more times he would not answer my call this is no way to run a business what should have costed me about $10 to wash and maybe $3 to dry today I spent over $24 due to the water left in my blankets. And not being clean on some clothes out of the other washer had to throw away white pants do to black mark that was not there read more

I use this laundromat weekly. The convenient location and large number of machines make it easy for me to get all my laundry done in one visit. The machines have always been clean, and when there was standing water in a machine, I put a comment in their comment box, an out of order sign on the machine, and they fixed it within a few weeks. I appreciate the relative cleanliness of the facility, given the number of people that go through. I will be grateful when I have my own washer and dryer back, but for now I am grateful for Jag's. read more

From what I've seen, no one really cares about the upkeep of this place. There's an entire wall of out of order dryers, and the ones without signs aren't likely to work either. There's a washer that doesn't drain, making it useless. Management has more important things to do, I guess, because they don't return calls made during business hours. I'm sitting here writing this review with an inch of water on the floor while my bedding is being washed again. By the looks of things, I doubt I'm going to get my money back. Lucky for them there aren't really any competitors in town. read more

It is a means to an end. I didn't have any severe issues with the machines, there were a couple dryers out of service and one dryer set that the display was not working properly to show how much time you had purchased/left. It is the most expensive laundromat I've been to in my travels, but options are limited in the area so you don't have much choice. But they do offer free wifi and have arcade games if you're into that. read more
