The owner was super rude to me while I was getting quarters. I was grabbing some quarters so I'd have some for my next wash and because I didn't have my laundry with me she yelled at me, took my quarters, and threatened me. Absolutely awful behavior and I'd never recommend going here unless you want horrible treatment. read more

Very grouchy! I get it everyone has a bad days but it was like she was mad I was there and had to stop doing whatever she was doing to help me. Went to Gate City Dry Cleaners and had a completely different interaction. Definitely won't be going to to Sunbrite again. read more

I have been stolen from several times. If it was from the customers , those kind of things happen but it was from the attendant herself , one of the customers informed me it was her that picked 20.00 off the floor that I dropped and when I asked for it back she refused to give it to me and blamed one of the other customers. Guard your all of your belongings with your life if you go there Her friend implied I was racist just because she is a different nationality than I am. I will have you all know I have People with African and Asian blood in my family and I advocate for other races , I have made it my life goal to do so. After dealing with the owner this morning, I will never go back. His daughter that works there is great. The male older guy has no honor. I do my cloths here once every two weeks. Never had a problem with anything. I did my same loads in the same machines. The dryers weren't drying I kept loading quarters. I spend 10 more $ than I ever do here on the same cloths. Brought to owners attention. He told me I over loaded. He reloaded my dryers put a quarter in a proceeded to show me the dryers were working. U get 6 mins per quarter, and it too 4.5 minutes for the gas heat to kick on, then it immediately when off and into cool down mode. Because the last 2 minutes is cool down. I brought this to his attention. He shrugs and walks away. I tell the other patrons they should try the more expensive ones since the older ones aren't working. The owner over hears this and tells me I must have been drinking too much. First off its 10 am on a Tuesday, I don't drink, so he is just belittling me. He then gets in my face telling me "people like you always try to steal money or get free time" people like me would be hard working full time employees that happen to love the neighborhood they live in and have to deal with the local laundry. One person came in Right after my face to face I assume the same nationality because they spoke the same language, any ways they start talking in their tongue pointing and laughing at me. Never going back here even if that means I pay more else where, or driving much much further. read more

As a laundromat: Decent washers, but some of their driers don't work well. I like to touch the glass with my hand to feel which ones actually get really hot for the heavy duty cotton loads. Thankfully, the place is clean and well serviced. Dry Cleaning / Tailoring: I took a suit here for service. Both the jacket and pants needed dry cleaning and the pants needed to be let out a bit as well. Further, I needed them back in 48 hrs! Thankfully, they easily accomplished this. I bought the suit used in mint condition and the pants were 2" too small. They were able to let the pants out to their maximum width. They came out perfect. Not too big, not too small. They were able to quote me a reasonable fee up front as well. Very happy with both the service and facilities! read more

This place is dirty with very old washers and dryers. You can see "out of order" machines all over the place. I just had a washing machine took my coins and refused to run. No one was on duty so I came back the next day to see if I can get my money back. Nope. I was told I needed to call them on the spot next time. Sunbrite was convenient, clean and machines worked well. Needed to do some large loads like comforter and large blanket. Extra large load was $6.25. I little more than what I am used to, but it all worked out and it was a couple of minutes away. I would use this place again. read more

The owners are some of the greatest people in Pocatello. I have been doing business there for 20 years now, and every visit is a great one. If you are not satisfied with the alterations or the machines are having a problem, they are more than willing to help at no extra cost. I would never go anywhere else. read more
