Cleanest laundromat I've been in. I liked how organized it was. I did not like the dryers and you…read morecan't add time to the dryers on the app. Quarters only to add time to the dryer. My clothes did not dry well in these dryers. This place gets 2 stars for the scam of an app they have you use. It tells you you can customize the amount, but then it won't let you customize the dollar amount so you could potentially be left with money in the account that you can't get back. I had 75 cent left in the app and requested a refund and closed account, letting them know I can't come here again (I don't live in the state), but all they did was give me a bonus 75 cents for a laundromat I'll never be able to go to again. Be aware of the CleanPay app. If you don't put the exact amount you need, you won't get your money back, they only credit your account.

I've brought my suits and other items to Teton Cleaners for years, and have never had a negative…read moreexperience until now. I recently brought in my wife's leather purse, and was assured that the purse would be hand-cleaned by a "certified leather specialist". The purse was returned to us with the strap's buckle missing, the leather dried out, and the edges of the leather frayed. It turns out that they put the purse into some kind of machine that broke the buckle, and I've tried looking up the organization that certified their leather specialist and can't find anything. I have spent the last few weeks working with the manager to get the purse repaired or replaced. They eventually agreed to get the buckle fixed, but when they got it back to me, the buckle they put on the purse was a used buckle off of a Birkenstock sandal that had been spray-painted black. They didn't even offer me a refund, instead they took a nearly new $300 purse with some water spots and returned a shoddily repaired purse that now looks like it is 15 years old. I have never had any problems with their fabric dry-cleaning service, but I will never trust Teton Cleaners with anything leather or generally expensive!
