I simply believe they accidentally gave the coat to another customer, who is dishonest and did not return it. They also accused our staff of stealing the coat and making up a lie that Ryan's did not return it to us. We asked only for a refund of the $159 of work done to make the situation right and was told to get a lawyer. I was talking to the employee about how this came out and she said, "Umm I don't know, did you drag it on the floor?" and "Ummm I don't know maybe bleach it." I told her again I cannot bleach it and it cannot be dry cleaned & asked if they would pay to wash it again. She's said "ummmm I don't know." So I called the owner and she said "Oh, I've never heard of that happening with our washers" and "Our washing machines don't do that." They can get quite busy so I recommend coming in in the early morning or late in the day and watch out for the weekends.
