Absolutely untrustworthy. Storage Stables reneged on a reservation made and confirmed multiple times months before for RV storage on the day before we were supposed to arrive in Jackson. They claimed, at the last minute, they could not accommodate us even we were clear that we only needed a place to park - not any storage amenities or indoor space. The owner, whom we spoke with, was unsympathetic at best. From her attitude and comments I must agree with the other reviewer who concluded they are unfriendly to out of towners. This required us to find alternate, last-minute arrangements over a holiday weekend which took many hours and cost hundreds of dollars. Not sure if they are being unfriendly to out of towners, but I called 2x just to get pricing and they didnt bother to send me anything. Their website doesnt work properly and i guess their customer service doesnt either. Ill find someone else, should not have to beg to find out what it costs. read more

Storage stables do a great job and are very professional. This is my second time of using them for storage and I always appreciate their friendly attitude and support. Really recommend them if you are looking for storage in the Jackson Hole area. read more

THESE ARE NOT PROTECTED AGAINST WATER DAMAGE. Yesterday, I went to clean out my storage unit, as I no longer needed it, to discover that a substantial amount of water leaked into my storage unit, and refroze. Not only did my belonging get in contact with water, but my boxes were also frozen to the floor. I even left behind a couple small belongings that were cemented in the ice. The owner (I believe, I could be wrong) was there and witnessed all of this, as the floor was also covered in ice and he offered to throw down salt (which I did really appreciate). That being said, I was a bit disappointed after having JUST paid that months bill that he didn't even so much as offer a refund for that month. Anyhow, just be aware of this. I would highly recommend against cardboard boxes and placing valuable or important belongings close to the ground. read more

I live in Orlando FL and come twice a month to my home nearby. Flying in and out I had hoped to find a reasonably priced place to store my van in between trips. I am SO THANKFUL to have found Tina and Cory's place just a couple miles outside the downtown Jackson Hole area. IF you don't know Jackson then you have to know that there is virtually NO overnight parking anywhere due to town and country restrictions. The airport overnight parking is very limited and almost $11 a night so do the math and you will find airport overnight is too pricey and too unsure IF you would even find a spot. The Storage Stables came to my rescue at a reasonable amount close in to town with a flat rate taxi fee....suits me perfectly. Reasonable monthly fee and if my flight is running too early or too late arriving or leaving I make one phone call and Tina accommodates by adjusting the gate time. You won't go wrong when looking for a safe and secure spot to house your vehicle in Jackson Hole. Thanks Cory and Tina - you made it easy for me to own my little spot of heaven ...best of both worlds for me -- I have Jackson Hole area when Florida hurricanes are bad and Florida sunshine when Wyoming snows are bad....lucky gal.
