Dr RV wasn't available to come to us as he was booked but took 10 minutes helping us to trouble shoot and gave us some ideas. Very helpful.

Work was done promptly with great communication. Thomas went above and beyond to get another jack handle for us. I drove 10 hours one way to use this team (instead of a closer dealership). Highly recommend this team as they care and deliver.

We knew enough to know it was bad so we called Airstream in Salt Lake. They couldn't get us in until June 25th with no guarantee we would get it back before two weeks. We had plans to go to Canada camping four weeks so that wasn't going to work. We had seen this Airstream dealer on our way into Jackson just outside of Alpine and decided to try them to see if they could help us out. We were desperate. They agreed to take a look at it and diagnose it the next morning. We got there at 8:15 in the morning. They said we needed a new water heater and happened to have just one. They made our trailer repair a priority. We went for a drive and received a call at 11:30 saying it was ready for pickup. They were so nice and friendly the whole time. And the price was far less than we expected. We can't say enough positive things about their service. We are going to bring our Airstream here instead of Salt Lake! We live in Park City, but after this experience it would be worth it!!

I purchased a new Winnebago from this dealership in March. As I write this review in late August,…read moreit remains on a service lot. It's been there for a better part of the summer. I've never been able to use it, in fact, I don't know when it will be returned. To make a very long story short, Smith RV lied about the age of the vehicle. As a result, it's in service with extensive weather damage. Work is currently being done by another Winnebago dealer in Boise. They've replaced everything from the automatic jack to the lower half of the slide-out. Smith RV is completely MIA. When I initially contacted Winnebago and found out about the age of the vehicle, I confronted the General Manager. Her immediate response was "it's not illegal." To underscore that point, she restated it several times. This was witnessed by a passenger in my vehicle. The call ended with a promise to follow-up, but I never heard from Smith RV again. From that point forward, the GM wouldn't accept or return my phone calls. Unfortunately, it doesn't end there. The servicing dealer discovered two unsecured batteries in a metal storage bin with the propane tanks. The batteries were installed by Smith as part of an upgrade package. According to the tech, they could've easily tilted, sparked, and caused an explosion. The camper is designed for off-road use, so this is a strong possibility. For that reason, it's not even road worthy. At this point, I don't expect Smith RV to act with any level of integrity. Actions up to this point dictate otherwise. I'm writing this review as a warning to other consumers. It's unacceptable that Smith lied about the age of the Winnebago. It's unconscionable that they then refused to help in any way. It's egregious that they put my life at risk. Smith RV isn't just dishonest, they're reckless. "It's not illegal" is a pretty low bar for any business. When businesses set that standard, consumers get hurt - emotionally, financially, and physically. I'm fortunate the latter didn't happen, but it was a definite possibility.

No specific reason for purchasing from CW other than Coleman trailers are exclusive to them. I was a little worried because of all the negative reviews I'd heard. Our purchasing experience was pretty smooth. We did our homework and knew we did not want to purchase any of the additional warranties/coverages. We have used our trailer regularly over the summer and early fall. The only issue we had was not the fault of CW. We had an ongoing problem with our trailer slide. The service department was great about getting us in and when the problem wasn't fixed initially, they followed up with the manufacturer until the problem was fixed solved. Casey and Jesse were great! Overall a good experience. I'm a firm believer that you 'get what you pay for' in the sense of being educated before making a big purchase and don't blame everything on the dealer.

When I got it home to Washington, I discovered the black tank was 2/3 full of human waste. This is a disgusting failure on every level and a health hazard. I contacted the Sales Manager in Idaho Falls, Logan. He told me to take the unit to the Marysville, WA location to have it sanitized. I drove there, only to be told by Marysville staff that they "had no way to dump it" and that I should just do it myself. I called Logan back immediately while at the Marysville dealership; I was told he was in a meeting and he never called me back. I ended up having to dump and sanitize someone else's waste myself. I did all the driving, I did all the work, and I got zero professional support from Idaho Falls, Meridian, or Marysville. Unacceptable.

Long story short, Pit Stop RV and Trailer was highly recommended by another RVer. I spoke with Casey, and he felt they might be able to help me out. It was decided that I would stop by there as I passed through on my way to Idaho Falls, about 20 miles south of Rexburg, the next day, July 17th. Before I could even get out of the motorhome, Chase met me, took pictures and measurements of the door and the area around it. I had already made the decision that I would stay in Idaho Falls while Pit Stop tried to locate a replacement door. Casey kept me updated on the lack of success in trying to locate the replacement. I can say that Pit Stop tried all avenues they could before they finally found a business that appears to have one, but the lead time is unknown. Today is August 8th, and because of the lead time to get the door shipped in, etc, I need to leave the area by the 12th. I spoke with Casey about settling my bill. Casey was very quick to point out that the email he sent to me was for whoever I have repair my door when I arrive back home in Nevada as they knew that I was limited on time and that there was NO bill to be paid! I can't say enough good things about the customer service I received by these brothers. The RVer who had recommended them to me told me that while they waited on the axle for his 5th wheel, he was staying at the farm where the business is located in his 5th wheel!
