To name just a few of the reasons I had a negative experience; They promote their customers to use the app. After taking the time to getting the app set up, I realize that the majority of the machine numbers displayed as available did not even exist in the laundromat! The machine numbers seriously did not exist! Then, I put my clothes into machines that were not displayed as out of order but had no place to put your coins. Seriously, it looked like someone had literally just yanked the coin area directly out of the machines. Next, when attempting to pay via credit card for the dryer, there was no indication that the card reader was working ... until I realized I had paid for nearly two hours of dry time before I realized it was working. Lastly, do not state how clean you are when you are not. No where, and I am including the bathroom, were paper towels available to clean the folding table. I had to use one of the towels I had just washed, which was unfortunate. If you have to do laundry in Jackson, go to the Missing Sock. At least they earned my respect by living up to their promise.

We asked only for a refund of the $159 of work done to make the situation right and was told to get a lawyer. The washing machines looked dirty so I asked the girl working if I should dare put my brand new comforter in. She said "we clean our machines everyday." I asked her about the comforters hanging in the other side of the building and she said those were for dry cleaning. The tag on my comforter says do not dry clean and do not bleach so I went ahead and picked the cleanest of the four largest washers that they had here & it came out worse than when it went in! Wish I would've followed my first instinct and turned around & left when I walked in!!! I was talking to the employee about how this came out and she said, "Umm I don't know, did you drag it on the floor?" and "Ummm I don't know maybe bleach it." I told her again I cannot bleach it and it cannot be dry cleaned & asked if they would pay to wash it again. She's said "ummmm I don't know." So I called the owner and she said "Oh, I've never heard of that happening with our washers" and "Our washing machines don't do that." She asked if I would bring it over to their skyline and Broadway location and I asked her if they would just pay to wash it again and she said "Yes." It came out worse than it did after the first wash!!! She said to add OxiClean to it with my tide. So pretty much my comforter cleaned their washing machine for them and for $12 in cleaning I got a ruined $120 comforter. If I could give them negative stars I would. I went to talk to the girl to see if I could have them send it over to the skyline location to have the owner clean it & You're not going to believe this... I did haver one epxiernece where the washer ran 30 min past when it should have ended and did not empty its water, leaving me with dropping gallons of water on the floor to get my sheet out to put into another machine. This was a one time issue and after a few weeks the owner did call me back and refund my money. Overall, the site is clean, the machines work, parking is easy to access and the people are good here. They can get quite busy so I recommend coming in in the early morning or late in the day and watch out for the weekends.
