Sadly I have to leave a not so great review. I tried to use the largest commercial machines and 2 out of 3 were not working. I resorted to washing my king comforters in a smaller machine which didn't make me happy as it won't be as clean. I tried 4 different dryers with the same result. The only other ones that were working were being used. Do better Magic Suds. if there was another laundromat I would definitely go there. read more

Mostly clean, machines all seemed like they were working. Probably typical prices, but I don't do laundry at laundromats very often so maybe I'm wrong...? Biggest complaint is you could only put in a $20 for change, and since I was only doing one load of wash and dry.... Ended up with way more quarters than I know what to do with. read more

Small laundromat, when it's busy it's hard to maneuver around inside because the washers and dryers are close together. It could be a bit cleaner inside and more seating. I see lots of people washing pet blankets, carpet cleaning supplies, and they are not using any sort of designated machines. One minute your clothes are in the machine and the next their dog blanket. read more

It will always be cheaper if you bring your own soap/softeners. Duh Anywho, really great place if you find yourself needing to use a Laundromat. If anxious of other people around you, definitely go between 7am-9:30am. I came in on a Friday at 8am...Empty . Contains: - Two coin machines (accepts, $1, $5, $10) -12 washers (2 for large loads) -17 dryers (1 for large loads) -mobile basket/clothing rack(s) -restroom -chairs to sit on -free WiFi In total, since I didn't know what to expect my first run, I spent $11.75. It would have been $11.00 flat, but I needed to run the dryer a few times for a super large load o packed together. If I had brought my own detergent/sheets, I would have spent $8.00 (3 washer loads & 2 dryer loads "re-ran"). The owners are very nice and will provide refunds when necessary. read more

We were visiting the sand dunes and needed laundry. The machines worked good but the place was pretty dirty and garbage was full in every can. It worked in a pinch to get a couple loads done. It was the only laundromat we could find in Rexburg. read more

Does the job. Not the cleanest. But it's pretty cheap. $2.25 per load and $.25 for 9 minutes of drying time. We usually need 45 mins of drying time. read more

This laundromat is clean, and did what it was supposed to do! No complaints! Plenty of washers and dryers, change machine, and soap / softeners available for purchase. No machines are my money, and there is a sign on the door that if you have a problem they will gladly refund you your money. If ever in the area again I would definitely use this laundromat again. read more

I'm not very happy with the price increase I get that everything's more pricey now but almost $2 for a dryer for 30 minutes that hardly dries anyting I'm not very impressed I have been going here for 4 years and the new owners raise the price way too much for me to want to continue I am now going to drive to Idaho Falls instead because this company does not deserve the money place is dirty the lit traps are never cleaned and the washers always stink and never spin out my laundry. Pretty nice laundromat if you're as unfortunate as us and don't have a washer or dryer yet in your house. They have plenty of washers and dryers and conveniently enough there are washers and dryers right next to each other so there's no need to worry about transferring from the washer to the dryer and dropping clothes on the floor! :-) Even if you did, this place is pretty clean and nicely kept. They also have snack machines, a change machine, a laundry detergent machine (in case you forgot something), and it's 24 hrs, bonus!! Not as high-speed as the one we used to go to in CA, but it'll do. ;-) read more

This place is par for terrible laundromats. The bathroom looks like they clean it once a month weather it needs it or not. The floor is always filthy and the machines look like every spill from when they were installed is still there. It's very frustrating to try and clean clothes in a place that is so consistently filthy. It's also hot as a sauna during the day. read more

I loathe laundromats, but I despise dirty clothing even more. Stopped by while on vacation. Clean, clean, clean. The machines work appropriately, and if they don't, they're marked as out of order. 1.75 to run the washer - we were camping and the clothing came out free of dirt so I know they work. They have a television which was tuned to PBS children's type programming. I'm not really a fan of warbling flying fairies or Caillou, but it was certainly inoffensive. If you're stuck visiting a laundromat, this is definitely a decent one. read more

Not great. The washing machines (especially the seals) are almost always dirty, we consistently find cigarettes, rocks, piles of grime, and major pet hair in them. Machines themselves do a good job if you can find a clean one. Dryers are hit and miss, average load is going to definitely take you 3-4 quarters and we have had times when they don't work. read more

We had to pay for the dryer 3 extra times because it didn't dry our clothes. They still weren't dried. I see the last reviews were in 2017. My husband and I are retired and travel a lot in our RV. With only one laundromat in Rexburg; we went to Magic Suds. In all our travels, I have never seen a more filthy laundromat. The whole place; washers, dryers and bathroom were dirty. Every front loader I opened, was caked with grime and filth inside rubber casing. Which transfers to your wash. I cleaned the ones I used before I used them. And, also my quarters kept getting stuck. I had a lot of laundry from traveling. I used four large dryers, and after inserting quarters for approx. 40 minutes; the bottom dryers never heated. So my clothes were still damp. I had to use more quarters to transfer my clothes to the top dryers. I just wanted to get out of there! To make matters worse; two repair men came in to repair one of the large washers. I was using the side table by the washer they were fixing. (only two small tables there) They moved my basket without saying a word and began to put their equipment on the table. The other table was in use, so I had to wait until she was done so I could transfer all my clothes to the other table. Plus it was HOT no air-conditioning, no fans. If you have another option; DON'T go there! read more

Magic suds has 2 locations, and both are terrible. They are dirty and the machines hardly work. I have had to use laundry mats before, and I have never seen one this bad. I haven't seen anyone cleaning or doing maintenance since we started using the services. It is embarrassing, especially since it's the only coin-op in Rexburg. read more
