Why have I never payed the late fees? It's because I received ZERO notices! No emails, no text messages, no mail, and no phone calls regarding my fees! So they went against their own contract (because they auctioned my property without giving me any notice) and I am assuming my property was either stolen or flooded.

the uhaul we got is filthy. they didn't bother to clean it out before renting it to us. there is melted chocolate on the ground, chewed gum in the cup holder, chips and snacks crumbs all over the ground, dog food and hair in the seat, and trash. I took pics I wish I could post them. They said this uhaul is new so it's unfortunate they aren't keeping it clean. Also when we picked it up they had a loose dog that growled and lunged twice at my sisters baby. Unprofessional. what the heck. read more
