I come back only to find out that they moved out and auctioned my stuff though. Their contract says "Manager can auction property when tenant receives late notices." Why have I never payed the late fees? It's because I received ZERO notices! No emails, no text messages, no mail, and no phone calls regarding my fees! So they went against their own contract (because they auctioned my property without giving me any notice) and I am assuming my property was either stolen or flooded.

They had a unit available, helped us get all set up super quick and efficient, and then when we realized we didn't need a second unit, they refunded our money right away. Even though we were a bit of a hassle, they were never short or annoyed. Always smiling and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Plus, can't beat the location and 24 hour access!
