Right as this business was starting, I had asked a personal friend of mine, who had apparently become a tech for this company, for a personal favor. Apparently, immediately following this request he had become a tech for ignis. My friend gave me a very friend-worthy price and I was happy to pay him to get my computer running. When it came to ordering the part, the CEO (another acquaintance of mine) stepped in and told my friend to do it under the "ignis name" and doubled the price I was to pay my friend. To summarize my experience, I was more than happy to pay my friend the entire ignis price for taking his time to help me out (like friends do), however, I don't like that the CEO butted in on a personal deal (after the fact of having already made the deal) so that he could get some money for doing absolutely nothing (besides butting his fat head into other people's business)!

In the midst of my last semester of grad school, smack dab in middle of exams, i cracked my MacBook screen. Total nightmare. They had my part in less than 12 hours from the time I called and took less than hour to repair. And did so without any data loss! Well worth the 400+ miles i traveled to get there! I so appreciate the extra mile these guys went for me- Remington confirmed the part delivery, & followed up with me every step of the way. Had I not found iSource, i would stilll be waiting on the screen I ordered from another company and seriously looking at failing the term. Every other authorized apple service center in the state of Montana told me at least a week before the part would come in, that they would need to erase my data, and keep my computer for the repair for multiple days.
