I had 75 cent left in the app and requested a refund and closed account, letting them know I can't come here again (I don't live in the state), but all they did was give me a bonus 75 cents for a laundromat I'll never be able to go to again. I simply believe they accidentally gave the coat to another customer, who is dishonest and did not return it.
