Smells like a mixture of nursing home and cat pee when you enter. Two machines took our money and couldn't get coins back out. Only a few machines hooked up to credit card machine. Got one dryer to take our coins and after 20 min the clothes were still cold and wet. No attendant to help! $6-$10 per load to wash and $1.50 per dry. read more

I went to this laundromat today because of all the positive reviews. While these reviews may have earned a positive response at the time they were written, but certainly not anymore. To name just a few of the reasons I had a negative experience; They promote their customers to use the app. After taking the time to getting the app set up, I realize that the majority of the machine numbers displayed as available did not even exist in the laundromat! The machine numbers seriously did not exist! Then, I put my clothes into machines that were not displayed as out of order but had no place to put your coins. Seriously, it looked like someone had literally just yanked the coin area directly out of the machines. Next, when attempting to pay via credit card for the dryer, there was no indication that the card reader was working ... until I realized I had paid for nearly two hours of dry time before I realized it was working. Lastly, do not state how clean you are when you are not. No where, and I am including the bathroom, were paper towels available to clean the folding table. I had to use one of the towels I had just washed, which was unfortunate. If you have to do laundry in Jackson, go to the Missing Sock. At least they earned my respect by living up to their promise. read more

I prefer this laundromat over the missing stock even though it's more expensive because it's less busy. I give it a 3 star cause I've lost out on money and submitted a ticket on the website 3 days ago and still have not heard back. I've sent a follow up email so we'll see when I get a response. If I don't or do get a response at all I'll update my review and rating. read more

Wanting to do some laundry while on vacation and came here...what a disappointment in a town we love! The place is downright dirty , trash all over and leftover laundry on the floor, there is no attendant as advertised and I lost money in 2 dryers that just didn't turn on. Great laundry that has lots of washers, large and small. The large ones can handle huge thick sleeping bags and comforters. Very clean. The customers vary and their cleanliness varies by the crowds in that day. The operators keep it clean as possible from what I personally saw. read more

This is an excellent laundry mat. It's very clean and friendly people. We are boondocks outside of the Grand Tetons very convenient.

Super clean facility and the machines were all in great shape. There are two kinds of machines. The larger ones are more expensive than the smaller ones. So depending on your load, it might be more economical to do one large load on cold/cold than smaller sorted loads. Will definitely go here again. read more

Currently living on the road so I've recently had a new found appreciation for good laundromats - this one is the best of the best! I wish I could duplicate it and take it with me everywhere. Facility is PERFECT. New machines that are quick and super efficient. Fast WiFi and clean bathrooms as a plus. The change machine is smart enough to know how to properly handle large dollar bills (give it a $20, it returns three $5 in bills and the remaining $5 in quarters for the machines ). Don't even think twice about going somewhere else for laundry. read more

I just washed my clothes here and it has a ton of dog hair. I don't own a dog. So thats annoying. It's clean and a little pricey. Have big washers. And not to many big dryers. But okay. Besides the dog hair. Glad I'm not allergic to dogs. read more

I used 2 washers and 2 dryers my card was charged $5.50,$1.75,$10.00,$1.50 and $0.50. So you be the judge. When you call the # to complain you get a recording to text the number, but of course there is no response. read more

I underestimated my kids' ability to get mud and food all over their clothes and mine, so we needed to do a small load. Clean and well lit as advertised but lowest priced washer was $5.50, detergent was $1, and drying was supposedly $1.50 for 20 minutes plus 25 cents per 5 extra minutes. I had a very small load of cold wash low heat clothes so I did 30 minutes of low heat. When I came back to pick them up the clothes were still as wet as they started! Not sure if it was the dryer just going kaput because even after putting in a few quarters I couldn't even get it to turn on again after the first load. I switched to a second dryer and after another 40 minutes on medium heat it was 98% dry. Annoying as I had to come back an extra trip. The good news is the change machine was able to accept pretty scrunched up bills and some of the washers take credit cards. But I didn't see any dryers that accepted anything but coins. read more

After getting completely rained out in the storm two nights ago while camping, my entire luggage got soaked and I had to find a laundromat first thing in the morning. I was very impressed by this place and the service I received. You wouldn't think you'd receive much service from a laundromat, but here, you do. The woman that was working was awesome and such a doll. I didn't get her name, but she had an accident. She was adorable and a super hard worker. You can tell she takes pride in her job! My boyfriend and I travel full-time so we've become accustomed to laundromats. This one is the cleanest, nicest, one we've ever been to. The washer sizes are amazing - the largest they have is $8 but I got two sets of towels, two sets of sheets, two large robes, a couple pants and 3 sweatshirts in there PLUS still had a bit of space. Worth it to me to get it all done in one load. The other plus to this place, some of the machines take credit cards!! I'm so happy I don't have to put 32 quarters into a machine :) Can I just say, the wifi speeds are incredible. Never have I been to a laundromat that had faster speeds than we have at our home. The facility is very clean - spotless some might say (I'm a neat freak so I say it!). We came in on a Wednesday around noon and there were plenty of machines open. Absolutely recommend coming here to anyone that needs it. read more

Way too expensive ($7 to wash) and the dryers don't work very well.. had to add 5 minutes 4 times for a normal size load in an industrial dryer. Ended up spending +$20 for 2 loads of laundry which was ridiculous, plus it took 45min longer than expected On the plus side, the interior was clean and WiFi worked well. If I was just trying to do laundry I wouldn't come back, but had to get work done while camping nearby so it wasn't a horrible outcome. read more

Mexican food, Chinese food and a steak house right next door in the plaza. Also, next to the Habitat for Humanity ReStore. The Dexter app advertised on posters in the shop to pay for washers/dryers does not work. The machines do not count the first quarter you put in. When I called to get help with the app and with the first quarter not being counted, the service person said they would come out. No one did. read more

Although there are plenty of machines and clean facilities, the price is slightly expensive. (Up to $8/ load) There are no machines smaller than triple loaders, which is overkill if you have only a couple small loads. After inserting carefully counted amount of coins, and the coin counter accurately counting inserted amount, The counter on machine immediately changed to "I sert $.50. I normally wouldn't be too bothered by this, but it coincidentally happened with two machines at the same time. While attempting to eject my coins, I learned that the return button on BOTH machines was inoperable. As I tried to get my money back, I was approached by another customer who informed me the same thing happened to them. There was no attendant to complain to, not was I able to retrieve my coins, forcing me to add the additional amount. Perhaps just really bad luck, but I must assume this happens frequently. Use this laundromat at your own risk, and bring extra change! read more

We were camping at the Curtis Canyon Campgrounds for a few days and after doing several day hikes, we definitely needed a place to wash some of our clothes. We actually used this laundromat twice and both times it was cleaned and the WiFi connection was strong and durable. Restrooms were also always clean. read more

Jackson laundromat was outstanding. This place was extremely clean, quiet and had a wide variety of new machines and dryers. The largest washer was industrial size that was held the capacity of 8 loads of laundry! Wow! This is a great place to wash a ton of clothes fast! Prepare to pay high price! Though it is nice and clean and new, the small washing machine was $3.75 for a warm wash and varies depending on the temperature you want to wash at. Next size up washer is $6.50 and up. $1 gets you 20 minutes on the dryers. I dropped $20 for a few loads. But since we were dry camping this was the only place to go. There is a coin machine and a Mexican restaurant next door, though. That's cool. Laundry came out clean and fresh, not like some laundromats that leave that dank, musty smell. I'm giving it four stars because it was a nice place, but YIKES the price. I guess they have to pay for those nice machines. But they generally get us campers from the Grand Teton National Park. read more
