To name just a few of the reasons I had a negative experience; They promote their customers to use the app. After taking the time to getting the app set up, I realize that the majority of the machine numbers displayed as available did not even exist in the laundromat! The machine numbers seriously did not exist! Then, I put my clothes into machines that were not displayed as out of order but had no place to put your coins. Seriously, it looked like someone had literally just yanked the coin area directly out of the machines. Next, when attempting to pay via credit card for the dryer, there was no indication that the card reader was working ... until I realized I had paid for nearly two hours of dry time before I realized it was working. Lastly, do not state how clean you are when you are not. No where, and I am including the bathroom, were paper towels available to clean the folding table. I had to use one of the towels I had just washed, which was unfortunate. If you have to do laundry in Jackson, go to the Missing Sock. At least they earned my respect by living up to their promise.

This review is specifically for the car wash…read more The bay itself was pretty filthy, doesn't seem anyone cleans the mud and dirt off the ground very often. It's $2 for 3 minutes which is just nuts. All I did was spray my truck down and only managed to get half way before time ran out. Another $2 to barely spray the other side. Didn't even get to spray the bugs off which is what I really wanted to do. Wasn't giving this place another $2. Most other car washes I can get the whole truck sprayed and start brushing before my first $2 is up. Then another $2 to rinse. I figure it would cost you $20 to do a proper wash here. Huge rip off.

I did haver one epxiernece where the washer ran 30 min past when it should have ended and did not empty its water, leaving me with dropping gallons of water on the floor to get my sheet out to put into another machine. This was a one time issue and after a few weeks the owner did call me back and refund my money. Overall, the site is clean, the machines work, parking is easy to access and the people are good here. They can get quite busy so I recommend coming in in the early morning or late in the day and watch out for the weekends.
