I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received at this UPS Store. I initially…read morevisited because my tracking information showed that my package had been delivered there. The first associate I spoke with--a young woman wearing glasses--told me that her system was different from the one used on UPS.com. I found that surprising since they are, in fact, a UPS Store. I showed her my tracking number (1Z93Y1W50295152516) on my phone, which clearly indicated that the store Mckenize the manager had signed for the package. Despite this, she insisted that the package was not there and said I would need to call the UPS claims number. This was confusing since the tracking details showed the package was received at that exact location.After speaking with the UPS driver, I was told that the package was physically handed to the manager on site. I returned to the store and spoke with another employee--a larger man with a beard--who also claimed they couldn't find the package. I confirmed multiple times that they had checked all tracking numbers, and after nearly an hour of back-and-forth, the package was finally located.The entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. It seemed that neither employee took the time to properly check the tracking information or understood how to locate a package in their system. This issue appears to stem from a lack of proper training and oversight by the store manager Mckinzey as she avoided the whole situation.I strongly recommend that this location retrain its staff on how to accurately search for packages, use tracking numbers correctly, and provide respectful, attentive customer service. Customers should not have to spend an hour proving that their package is, in fact, sitting in the store. Also on top of that they charged me $5.00 for there awsome service.
