I contacted the manager, Doug Kirk and he asked me to give them 6 more weeks, because losing or giving clothes to another person happens often. After that time elapsed I initiated a call back to Doug to see what was going on. He asked for the receipts and said that I would receive a reimbursement by that Friday or the following Wednesday. I called Doug back and was told that he would have to check with the accounting department and promised that I would receive a reimbursement within another week. I waited 2 weeks - no reimbursement and no call back from Doug. I tried and tried to get in touch with Doug for another week (leaving messages). Finally, he answered my call and told me that he would again have to call the accounting department, but it may take 8 weeks. That was yesterday, August 19th. He gave me an email address (logan@yourvalet.com) to send them the dress shirt purchase receipts. I have never been treated like this before. 3 months and waiting is an unacceptable business practice. Will I be using Superior Cleaning in Logan UT again? Will I recommend this business? This cleaner had good reviews so I took a chance and took my coat in. I didn't ask the price, I just thought it would be reasonable. When I went to pick it up it was $16 to have a coat cleaned! I thought that was very expensive but then I thought they must perhaps do a really good job. The coat was, of course, covered in plastic so I took it home and then proceeded to take off the plastic. I don't know what the dry cleaning procedure is but my coat was very dirty. There were still food blobs on it that I could pick off with my fingernail! The coat was covered with pilling and had to get a lint remover and try to remove the pills.The cuffs were very dirty and so I just took a wet washcloth and cleaned the coat myself. And bear in mind this is not a dirty work coat. This is just the coat I wear for best. I guess I will keep looking for a dry cleaner.

Hampton Cleaners WILLINGLY made arrangements with me and my clothing was able to be picked up an hour before I had to head to the airport. There are no baskets available because their employees have them stacked as high as they can with laundry and you can never use the restroom because they are always using it. They should just shut down and be a laundry service, not a laundromat, if this is how they are going to treat paying customers. I do not go to the laundromat for small loads and need the large load washers. I need to use the baskets to move them and when I'm there for a couple hours, I may need to use the restroom as well.
