We wanted our granddaughter to be blessed in a 100+ year old blessing dress from the very early 1900's from my wife's grandmother. It was long and beautiful but needed some love and tender care. It had some lace and seam's that had come undone. It needed to be cleaned because of a few small stains. The staff took this on as a personal problem. They knew how important this job was to us. The dress turned out great and the blessing day was perfect. I'm sorry this review is a year late but I've been trying to get a picture of the dress to include with this review but my daughter is a busy mother of two and hasn't found the time to get a picture for me. I took a shearling leather coat to Your Valet to be cleaned, and was told because it is genuine leather it would take two weeks. After waiting two weeks (Tuesday) they said it wasn't done and would be available Friday. I didn't have a reason to drive thirty miles to pick it up Friday, so I waited until the following Tuesday. I knew there was a problem when the young lady at the counter looked up my account then called someone else to help. The gentleman she talked too looked at the computer, then went to the back room. A couple minutes later he returned to inform me they hadn't even started cleaning it. I had them return my coat, uncleaned, because they can't, or probably won't do the work they promise. Do yourself a big favor, find a cleaner that actually cares about their customers and doesn't make up excuses why they won't do the job. I know I'll never give them my business again. read more

Doug has taken such great care of us! We've brought my husband's shirts here to be cleaned for years and they've done a great job! I recently brought my daughter's wedding dress in after bridals for a spot cleaning. Not only did they spot clean, but they washed the whole thing and only charged me for the spot cleaning that he promised us. I just dropped the dress off again to be fully cleaned now that the wedding is over. read more

I needed to get some shorts repaired fast while traveling through Logan and Kathryn (seamstress) and others there went way out of their way to make it happen within a day. Everyone I interacted with was very cool. I also noticed they had a sign saying that if someone was unemployed and needed clothes cleaned for an interview, they would do so for free. I've had suits come back with wax spots/stains, shirt collars dirtier than if I threw them in the wash, pleats added to non-pleated pants, and hems dethreading within a few weeks of being tailored. read more

Brought three items in that were smokey from a house fire and had some soot stains. The reason I brought them in was because of the material (velvet for example) and because I was hoping they could get at least the smell out (I was able to get the smell out with all my other normal clothing). Anyway... my clothes had a lingering smoke smell and also a new weird smell that the entire place smelled like... plus the soot was not out of the fabric... not worth it for me.... Better luck cleaning your clothes yourself. read more

They have gotten progressively harder to work with since the new ownership a few years ago. I took some pants in to be shortened and they refused the business because the alterations lady must approve even the most simple of alterations. She is difficult to work with so I'll just take my business somewhere else from now on. read more

I took a few things in that just needed some stitches here and there. I was told the seamstress would help me as soon as she finished with some buttons. She saw me waiting while she sewed on buttons and said nothing. 45 minutes later, I was told that she was feeling overwhelmed and would not help me at all. Give the woman a break: take your business elsewhere. read more

I took them two suit coats, two slacks, and one tie. The two-day service stretched into 8 days. They lost one suit coat and the tie. The other suit coat is puckered in places because they ironed it too hot. One month later they found the missing suit coat. Still charged me full price. No sign of the tie. read more

I'm giving Your Valet five stars for friendly workers, decent pricing, good cleaning, and quick turn around. Let's begin with my back story.... So, I've been needing to get two suits dry cleaned. I've looked at reviews for places in Logan, Ogden, and even down to Davis County. Everywhere I look I am terrified! According to people's reviews every dry cleaning place will either lose my stuff or return it with a hole the size of a dinner plate. So, taking the time to choose a dry cleaner has been one of the most difficult tasks for me. Now, let's get into the real review: I finally settled on Your Valet because the deadline for needing my suit clean was quickly approaching and because it was close to Smith's (where I do my grocery shopping). I decided to only take one suit as a test run to see how they did. I arrived about 9:15 AM on a Tuesday and there were two customers there (parking is very limited in terms of stalls, but there is a big area behind the grocery store you could park in). I went inside and after waiting a minute was greeted by a young, friendly lady. She quickly took down my information and I showed her a couple of spots on my suit that needed some good cleaning. She was very courteous. She then gave me a pick-up ticket and told me it would be ready for pick up after 5 PM on Wednesday (so the next day, just in the afternoon). I wasn't able to stop in on Wednesday due to work, but I came in Thursday about 5:30 PM to pick up my suit. Same girl was there and again, very friendly. She took my ticket, went back and grabbed my suit, and I paid. Price seemed decent--$7 for the suit jacket and $6 for the pants. When I got home I checked everything out (their receipt says to inspect your things and let them know of any problems within 24 hours). Everything looked perfect! Clean suit, the spots that I had mentioned to them were gone, everything was hung nicely on a hanger with a thin, plastic covering. I even noticed that the receipt that was attached listed my suit's brand and color so they wouldn't accidentally get them mixed up with someone else's. Anyway, I'm satisfied with my trip to Your Valet. I will be taking my other suit there soon and will update my review if things don't go as well. read more

This is definitely my favorite cleaners in town. My shirts come back clean and crisp. Occasionally you have to have them re-clean a shirt and they never press french cuffs correctly, but overall they do a good job. read more

So disappointed. Had a suit cleaned. Took it out of the closet the first time the following weekend and found it was not completely cleaned. I understand mistakes can happen. I took it back for recleaning the next day. They said their fine print policy is you only have 24 hours to find any problems. Even after explaining to the manager, I was turned away without any recourse. Policy is policy and apparently it is in the very fine print on the back of receipt. I would choose anywhere else but Your Valet. I am tempted to call the owner Mr. King but I'm sure he is already aware of the horrible customer service. I dropped my comforter off to be cleaned. They laundered it incorrectly and the colors bled. It was ruined. I then spent weeks in a negotiation of the compensation they were going to give me. Whoever I talked to told me the depreciated value of my comforter was $80. I had paid $500 for the set. I explained to her I couldn't just buy a new comforter as in came in a set. (The set was discontinued anyway). I was going to have to buy a whole new bedding set. So I requested half the amount of the whole set. She told me "it's not our responsibility to decorate your house." Wow! It was their responsibility to read the care label and wash my original comforter correctly. I will never use Your Valet again. read more
