Their bad moods can be infective, so be on your guard. They sometimes don't stagger lunches or breaks right and leave the office shorthanded, so expect a line here. Don't quite understand that - and it makes it a small hassle because if I want to print on cardstock I have to talk to them anyway to get the paper and then they load it into the self serve machine. I thought that was kind of weird? And it takes a lot more time...i just like to go in and out! But it is nice that they are able to process and send returns.
